The arch support isn't there. This doesn't feel well thought out. I bought 4 pairs of Merrells last week, and can't recommend any of them. What happened to the arch support? I have spent many years only wearing Merrells, and counting on them for foot comfort. 2021's waterproof booties fell apart from the inside out, but at least the arch support was there. Now there's no quality remaining.

I have a neuropathy in my feet so they are very sensitive. I almost never wear anything except for the encore breeze 4. My foot is a little bit narrow so I put a double cushion pad on top of the insole. I have flat pronated feet but too much arch support is painful. I bough the pinkish color encore breeze 5 and it is very similar to the 4 but feels a little less sturdy and a little wider. I really hope they don't discontinue the encore breeze 4 because they are just a little better for my feet. But honestly they aren't that different except the I like darker color.

Got as a gift a while ago. They fit very tight.even purchased 1/2 size bigger than I take. Hard to slip on.too narrow. I thought they would stretch but they did not!

Took these in black to Kentucky Christmas. Love them! My daughter-in-law took one look and said she had just bought them for her mother in all colors. Reveal:we're both in our 80's but that doesn't mean the shoes are fuddy-duddy. It means they are comfortable, accommodating any foot irregularity; slip on, so no lace tying; I first bought a version of these years ago when we had a new puppy and quick footwear was essential to getting the little darling outside before accidents!

These are near perfect except they put a tag where it scratches to top of your foot. Incredibly annoying design. I almost returned them, but managed to get the tag out with a seam ripper and magnifying glass. Fire the tag placement person!

Very disappointed. I have ordered many pairs of this style in the past. I wear them every day. This pair failed to measure up. This pair is large, sloppy, and I had to return them.

I'm a senior gal who rarely sits still . In order to go about my business ,I need to feel secure with my shoes . Encore Breeze has been my answer for at least 4 years . This marvelous shoe takes me anywhere , - from casual to formal . My feet are most appreciative .

The shoes are comfortable and easy to put on to get to your designation!

I have difficult feet to fit for comfort. The shoe required no breaking in! I found my first pair in a retail store so I did get to actually try them on. Two days later I ordered another pair in a different color. I'm sure by summer I'll be ready for another color.

These shoes are amongst the most comfortable I've ever worn - light, easy to get on and off, good support and versatile. I'm using them for slippers now, and will be taking them on vacation as versatile beach/pool/casual footwear. Wish they had more colours ...

I really like the fit and feel of these shoes. I have a fairly petite foot and it is narrow. I bought these in a 6, I regularly wear a 6. They are perfect for my job where I am consistently on my feet.

Love these shoes, and especially love the switch to fabric around the opening. The previous leather cracked and wore out. I get so many comments on these casual shoes.

I bought my first pair of these so many years ago I don't remember when it was -- and I am still wearing that pair. And by "wearing," I literally mean several times per week, weather permitting. They are so comfortable, provide the support I need, go well with jeans (which are pretty much all I wear) and they last and last and last. I've also got them in two other colors, but the dark blue are by far the ones I wear most often. The ONLY reason I bought a second pair is that on the original shoes, the part that lines the shoe opening has gotten pretty worn; the shoe-repair shops I've begged to repair or replace that part claim it can't be done. So I just got a second pair -- same shoe, same color -- so I'd have one pair that looks pristine, for when that matters. The originals, however, are still a frequent go-to just because I love them and despite so much wear, still have plenty of life left in them. I have never worn a pair of shoes for longer or as often.

Fit perfectly, I have a very similar pair I bought 10 years ago at least and I have worn them constantly as they are the only shoes I can wear as I have one bad foot. The new ones fit exactly the same and are just as comfortable. I'm very happy.
