first the tough durable work and field resistance of this leather is top notch so far has resisted scrapes drags bumps water everything a boot should do unlike other workboots that scratch at the slightest touch. The leather on these is what all work boots should be made from hint . Next the sizing fits short and wide add a half for toe room and boot socks this is a hiker boot not shoe The soles are designed with outdoors in mind terrain gripping tread soft but will also work in general work places There is a steel toe version of these for work requirements Enjoy

I am on my third pair of Rocky Outback Hikers (8 inch) soft toe. Days in the field and woods hunting quail, turkey and deer takes there toll, but they are the best boot ever. Just recently purchased the Rocky Outback Hiker (6 inch) for everyday wear. Still did not disappoint. Wish Rocky made an Outback Hiker 4". I would be first in line.

This makes my 8th pair of this particular boot. I work them hard on concrete and in the field, they last for about a year and do nothing to them if you keep clean they will last longer. I would recommend this purchase.

Had two pairs that I would alternate wearing to work. They lasted a phenomenal amount of time till the bottoms were worn. So I bought another two and I'm sure these two will last me to retirement!!!

I've had use these boots fer many years now, they are comfortable, real waterproof (goretex) and have put them to test in straight up downpours on the lake , never been wet because of that feature, boot is good all around boot for me ,workbook or casual boot, there light as a tennis shoe in mid top version especially, but light in full length version also , highly recommend , have put these boots to test , hope Rocky don't ever get rid of this style of boot

They smell like money. They are heavyweight and the working on their construction is excellent. The look is good tasting and neutral. Love them.

My husband has worn these shoes for years. These are his everyday shoes outside of running or working out. They are comfortable, super durable, easy to clean, match everything he owns they look really good on home. The last pair lasted 5 years! I didn't realize it until I came back on to reorder another pair and seen the last time I bought them. If you're an outdoors person that has to switch it up on a whim like us with kiddos but still want the comfort and versatility these are it.

This is the third time I bought these boots . I love the weight. The wear, the and comfort is also above par. Unfortunately keeps rising in price as a full boot. .

Second pair of these boots. First pair after 3 yrs need replacing worn hard.

Just received my new 6 inch moc toe Outbacks after years of good and never failing WATERPROOF performance of my last pair used under every tough condition: rain, snow wet brush and all. These are simply the best all around boots I have ever owned.

I have had 3 pairs of these boots, my dad got me into wearing them. He has had several more pairs than me. You can't beat them, feel great as soon as you put them on the first time out of the box. Looking at buying another pair once I get the extra money.

This is the fourth pair of this style Rocky Boots I have purchased.very comfortable right out of box. I were these everyday. You will through rocks at Twisted X and Justin after wearing these boots.

I've had these boots since late March and wear them almost every day. My feet are very sensitive and they are the most comfortable hikers I have ever owned.

Size was right comfortable right out of the box . Walked 3 miles next day no problems.
