Clog gals—you know who you are—this is The clog boot you need. I wear both Dansko and Sanita, but for this style, Sanita wins hands down. The boot is super versatile for wear with skirts, jeans, leggings, and it feels fantastic, with all the clog comfort and support you crave. I was looking for an easy and comfortable boot for winter travel, and this is it.

I know the style doesn't appeal to everyone, but I love clogs so I gave 5 stars on everything. I wear an 8 in dress shoes and bought the 39 (7.5-8) in black). The leather is soft and they fit great with thin/normal socks (nothing rubs anywhere, I have room to move my toes, and they slide at the back like they are supposed to). I bought these b/c I sometimes need to walk/stand on concrete at work for a long amount of time. In normal clogs I have to pay attention to avoid the shoes rolling to the side, but this boot style keeps that from being an issue. I am glad Sanita tried this new design.

This clog base was great (better arch support than a Dansko boot) but the shaft of the boot was uncomfortable on my calf. I am only 5'4" and it rubbed against my calf with socks. Maybe if I broke-them-in, the leather would soften but, too expensive if not sure they will work. Sad to send back. Very comfortable footbed.

If you like the feel and comfort of clogs, you would probably love these awesome boots. I wear an 8 in US dress shoe sizes and find the 39 comfortable. My workplace is casual, so I have worn them to work, and I bring them on cold weather touristy trips. Easy to take on/off at the airport and I have walked miles in these. They are also comfortable for standing on hard surfaces. I bought black. Nice thick leather that doesn't show marks.

Excellent fit, comfortable the day I put them on. Run large ordered a 38 when I normally wear a 39. Highly recommend!

Love love love! I have been trying to replace a brown pair of Dansko boots that fell apart in the sole, like Danskos do if they are old, and have been looking for a long time and these fit the bill. Now I need a black pair.

I almost returned these when they arrived because even though I ordered a size smaller than usual - 37 instead of 38 - they still felt too big. Then I wore them around the house for a couple of days and decided I loved them. They will comfortably fit a thick pair of socks once it's cold out - and in the meantime, I am getting used to their extra clompiness. I haven't worn them on a long walk yet but I hope (and expect) they will be as comfortable and supportive as my other Sanitas and Danskos. Should you buy a pair? Do you love your Sanitas and Danskos and wish you had an ankle boot option? If so then yes!

I decided against these almost immediately after putting them on. The fit and width felt right, there was room for bunions and the foot bed was comfortable. Something about the shape of the opening just didn't work for me. The top was so stiff and it was stabbing me in the front of the ankles... uncomfortable to stand still, unbearable to walk. I'm pretty sure my ankles are average size so I'm not sure how to pinpoint the issue, as obviously some other reviewers did not have this problem.

I didn't realize buying these on sale meant receiving shoes not in their original packing and looking like they had been tried on a few times. There was also minimal packing materials inside the non-original shoe box so they were likely bouncing around during transit. Very disappointed with how they arrived. That being said, the shoes are easy to get on and seem well made. The leather however creases very easily and doesn't look so great. Still debating about whether to keep or return.

I bought these, due to the other great reviews, but will be returning for a couple of reasons. First, the sole looks like it wouldn’t have good traction (rain, snow), but the kicker is the style. They’re very rounded in the toe area (think up and down rounding, not side to side) and the leather upper has a seam running up and down it, by the ankle. Very unattractive to me.
