At first I thought these might be a touch small (I ordered 9.5 and typically take 9.5 or 10), so I tried a 10, but it was too big. After wearing the 9.5's, they now feel quite comfy and I love the barefoot feel with just enough protection for my old, fussy feet. I do love Xero shoes - just recently discovered them. These also look quite cute and I love the blackberry color.

I expected Xero shoes to provide plenty of room in the toebox, and am very disappointed that these shoes do not.

I wear an 8.5 - 9 and these fit perfectly without socks in the 9. Cute and comfortable. Will be great to throw in the suitcase when I travel.

This is my first pair of Xero shoes. They are comfortably simple: flat from heel to toe, no differential between heel height and toe height, no arch support. I like that I feel like I am walking nearly barefoot! There is ample room in the toe box for natural toe splay when I walk, and the heel fits well when the strap is fastened. Although they are made of fabric, they are not flimsy at all. I recommend them.

Comfortable out of the box, ordered up a 1/2 size based on other reviews. I wear an 8 1/2 or 9, usually only a 9 in athletic shoes, but these were perfect in a 9. Would have been too short in an 8 1/2.

Love these so much! They are adorable and fit just right. I’m just getting into barefoot shoes and excited about these. My feet are high volume, average width and these are the perfect casual shoes.

I want to love these shoes. They’re great looking and go with so many things. However, they offer virtually NO support and no cushion so after wearing them for 3 hours, I could already feel impact all the way up to my knees. I’m going to try to find some inserts that will allow me to wear them occasionally. But they won’t be the “go-to” shoes I’d wanted them to be.

This is my fifth XeroShoe Cassie, all five are all perfect for walking, dressier occasions, and everyday activities. I want a heel-less or zero drop shoe for healthy feet. The Velcro strap makes for an easy release or adjustment if a rock gets in the shoe or if my feet swell. I have two black pairs since Black fades a little with time; and two blue … the first just looked tired and a little frayed so this purchase revived my dressier look. The purple is cute but doesn’t go with as many clothes… still wonderful!

The wide toe box and natural feel was comfortable immediately. The Mary Jane style is cute and simple and will look great with leggings or simple dresses.

So comfortable! I love that I can adjust how tight/loose the fit is to accommodate my old foot injury. My foot never hurts when I'm barefoot, only when I wear shoes. Until now. I couldn't be more pleased and I'm already shopping for my next pair of Xero shoes.

I was looking for a cute shoe for work during the summer that was barefoot syle and this shoe fit the bill. I wear LEMS shoes during the winter but they don't have summer shoes like this so I had to look elsewhere and through blogs I found Xero shoes. I did order up a size, I normally wear 8-8.5 and I ordered the 9 in the Cassie and they fit perfectly without socks. I do have some thin socks that I can also wear with this shoe but for summer weather, wearing this shoe without socks is perfect.

The color is lighter and less saturated a blue than I expected. More like a medium denim color.

I have gotten SO MANY compliments on these shoes! They are very cute. I wanted to ease myself into more barefoot/minimalist style shoes. I bought these for everyday wear, and I've found that they work perfectly with dresses as well as with jeans or leggings. I mostly wear them without socks, but they are equally comfy with socks. I love the purple color and would happily buy again in another color. I think the size is true. I bought my typical running shoe size, but I think I could go a half size smaller if I wanted to, more like I would typically wear in a dress shoe or casual shoe. As the Xero company explains, the flexibility of the shoe means that it will bend with your foot rather than pushing your foot forward as you walk, so there is less room necessary at the front of the shoe compared with more supportive shoes. I was concerned about wearing these all day, as I am used to Birkenstock and other highly supportive shoes. But I have not had any foot, leg, or back pain when wearing these shoes all day, even on cement floors and walking outdoors on pavement. I do keep the insoles in them, which gives a modest amount of cushion. The insoles are easily removable for washing; they wash well and dry quickly. I can't speak to the durability yet, but they seem very well made and stable, and I don't have any concerns about how well they will hold up over time. I have no complaints about the Xero Cassies!

I liked the material and the shoes. Only problem was they were too short. I liked them so well I ordered another pair a half size larger.

I only wear minimal shoes. These were perfect right out of the box. I wore them to several events over the weekend and no complaints.

The simplicity of these shoes allows them to feel roomy without looking bulky. I bought them to wear to my office job and I absolutely love them. I gravitate toward a more natural look and feel, so these shoes probably aren’t for everyone. I love the way they look and feel — they’re super comfortable right out of the box.

I had to buy a whole size larger after ordering my usual 8. Then I tried an 8 and 1/2 and ended up with a nine. I am normally a M, and can wear these because they have the strap holding them on. They are a barefoot shoe and I like that kind of shoe so the minimalist arch support works. I was persistent with getting the size because I wanted the shoes for travel. They are comfortable, take up little room in a suitcase and can be used for dress up as well. My running shoes are 8.5; my boots are 8's.

The insole is too thin , I love the shoe.

I love these shoes, and if it was great. I typically wear a nine wide, and this was perfect for that size. My problem was the soles were very slippery. I require a grippy sole as I have poor balance so I had to regretfully return them

Cute, and nice color (deep pink) , but straps were uncomfortable and size was a bit small - toes almost to end. Had to send them back regrettably.

Though I consulted the size chart, this size 9 shoe is too short lengthwise as well as toe box depth. Maybe a 9.5 would fit. They’re adorable, otherwise comfortable, and the hemp fabric seems sturdy.

First pair of Xero. Normally I wear 7.5-8, and wide. This one, 7.5 my toes we're pushing up against the top, so I marked them as feeling a whole size smaller. Debating ordering 8 or 8.5, but they might be too wide then.

This would have been a nice shoe but it wasn’t wide enough for a medium size shoe and it cut into my foot on the top. I was really disappointed because at this cost it should have been a true barefoot shoe!

Not for those with high insteps! I couldn't even fasten these shoes because the strap length/velcro placement. When I slipped them on the length seemed okay and the footbed felt soft, but I can't speak to the actual wearing comfort since I couldn't fasten them to wear.
