I am a 9.5. I first ordered a 10. It was easy to slip my foot inside, but the heel area was extremely wide - my foot slipped up and down when I walked. I love the look and height of the boot, it is just what I was looking for in a waterproof winter boot. So I ordered a 9. It was more difficult to get my foot in, but once I did, the length felt fine. The only problem - the heel area was still way too wide, so the same thing happened as with the 10. Disappointing. I don't know many people who have wide heels but normal width across the balls of the foot. If you do, then this boot is for you!

Shoes felt 1/2 size big

The boot was very narrow I purchased a size 11 which is my size but that boot runs narrow. I had to send them back I really love the boot just to narrow

I really, really , really wanted to keep these boots. They were everything I was looking for : waterproof, tall , warm and very cute. BUT like previous people said the boot was just too wide in the heel. It slipped considerably when I walked. I would have tried a lower size but they did not have . I added a second pair of thick socks to mimic a size down and the front got smaller but the heel still was loose? so sad. I returned them.

I liked these boots and didn't think they were necessarily too big, but my heal didn't stay secure in the heal of the boot, as another reviewer noted. It slid up and down with each step.

Lovely boot. Perfect size 7 fit, but they have a strong plastic smell. Hopefully the snell will dissipate over time.
