Ladies, help me. I am questioning my intelligence here. Shorts on the bottom, no entry points anywhere. Am I supposed to squeeze my hips through the opening for the neck? I am breaking my head over here. How do you all get into the dress?

I bought this dress for tennis but unfortunately it was too small through the bust, and the cut does not support a larger chest. The dress is lovely, and would be perfect for those with smaller chests.

I'm 5.8" size 8 on top, size 10 bottom half. Ordered a small.fits perfectly. I think the model in the photographs must be really tall as the dress is much longer on me. For me personally I don't mind pulling the dress up over my body to get it on (kind of like a swimming costume). I bought the dress last year and have been running regularly in it. Feels great, no rubbing, washes well. There is slight padding on the bust, the top is nice and fitted, the bottom half flares out a bit but I guess you need that in order to move in it freely. Someone in an earlier review wondered if it was appropriate for someone a bit older. I'm in my 40s and it is absolutely appropriate for any age :)

I was initially apprehensive about wearing a dress to workout but WOW I was wrong! This dress is not only flattering and comfortable, it's versatile. After a restorative yoga class (and forgotten change of clothes), I threw on lipstick and turned this into a sporty cocktail dress. #teamsweatybetty

I ordered size S and I'm 5'6/1,67m, 9.3st/59Kg it fit perfectly, I love the fabric and my body looks great in it (I haven't felt like this in a while).

I bought this dress as I wanted a summer dress I could wear on my bike but that didn't look too sporty. This is perfect as it has build in shorts so no more flashing my knickers! I was concerned about the racer back as this is a style I would usually avoid as it makes me look broad but I was surprisingly happy it didn't. I really love the clean appearance and stretchy fabric for movement. The bra cups are removable which is great and it also has build in pocket which is great if I don't want to take a bag out on my bike. My only criticism would be the front neck seam and around the arm holes were rolling over so the lining was visible and seam was not flush. #teamsweatybetty

This dress was very flattering once it was on but getting it on and off is ridiculous. No zipper, only way on is through the top. I am 5'7" 150 lb and I have a bum worthy of bar method, cycling, and hiking hills. After just trying the dress on once I could tell it would not take long to over stretch the shoulder straps. Additionally, I don't think it is practical for the basic necessities like using the toilet, especially after a sweaty workout. If only the designers had thought of a zipper this would have been a perfect dress. Please redesign this dress so I can re-order, for now must return

Absolutely fantastic outfit for my Astanga practice. Looks beautiful and fit like a glove. I believe these dresses are the future. Thank you.

Another great addition to my quite large SB collection..very flattering my only suggestion is to go up a size as it is quite tight

Love this dress. It's my go to for tennis. I put a shortsleeved top onto for extra coverage. I'd absolutely love to buy it in navy. I've got several in black and a light blue and a dark green. Definitely want navy to add to my collection. It's snug but very flattering with a shortsleeved top over it. You feel supported in a sense. I love this dress.

The dress is amazing and makes you look stylish. It's tiny hard to put on and take off as there is no zip but it' totally worth it

The most comfortable dress to work out I ever wore! Fits amazing and it's very flattering. The only downside is taking it off after workout is another workout :)

I bought this dress to wear in the very hot summers as I'm running around with my kids, bike rides, hikes, amusement parks, etc. this is my first SB purchase. i got a size small which actually seems a bit large compared to other womens athletic brands in the US but I'm glad for the extra room to be able to get it on and off easily. The outside pocket is amazing! All my other skorts or athletic shorts have tiny or inaccessible pockets so the pocket itself will make it my favorite athletic outfit. One downside is the bra pads fold over and get out of place every time I pull it down so I'm having to rearrange them every single time I use the bathroom. Otherwise a great dress! Wish there were more color options (dark pink, wine color, or teal would be amazing)

I don't like to wear shorts but I play a lot if tennis and when it's hot leggings are too much. Some of the tennis dresses are quite thick material and really short but this is mid thigh and super flattering. Especially with a touch of fake tan :-)

Super comfy workout dress. The built in short are soft and stay in place. I will be buying more of this dress.

I have purchased two of these dresses for tennis. They are perfect. I would purchase more if there were other colours (not the mixed colour one that is available). Please, please, please add other colours.

Arrived today and I can't wait to wear this! It feels really good quality, heavier than expected and like it'll last. It's the same fabric as the power leggings. I love the little side pocket on the outside and in the cycling shorts. The fit is just right for me, I'd say I'm a small 8 and ordered an XS. I like the slightly padded bra, means I can go bra less.

This dress works really well for running and it looks lovely. Two pockets are a great idea; I only wish you would make the phone pocket in the shorts slightly bigger for plus size phones as this is what a lot of us have.

This dress is tricky to get into! Have to sort of wriggle into it but once it's on it's perfect. I would have liked the skirt a little shorter but the patch pocket on the front is just ideal for tennis. :)

The material is soft and comfy, but sweaty betty's sizing for the larger sizes leaves something to be desired. Almost too tight around the thighs but soo baggy and loose around the midriff and bust section. Avoid if you are heavier in your legs.

Honestly one of the cutest and most flattering summer dresses I have ever tried on. Would be great for tennis or even running or yoga. My issue was twofold - one, the obvious problem of having to remove the entire dress to use the loo, which is a bit inconvenient if you're at home or a nice gym and very inconvenient if you're somewhere without nice facilities. Second, having to remove the entire dress down from the smallest part of the body to the widest part of the body so frequently made me worry about stretch through the neck of the dress. It honestly fit so well I couldn't believe it, especially through the bust, but I had to return it. I wonder if just connecting the shorts to the back half of the dress at the waist would at least help with putting it on without stretching. Really nice but not quite there.
