Whenever I see reviews that say a Vionic shoe is too narrow, I buy it immediately. Most Med. width Vionic shoes are cut as more of a wide. I measure a medium and find the majority of the line to be too wide. Despite this, I own over a dozen pair and most of the time I can make it work because I need the support, but they aren't aways very flattering bcause of gaps. And many I have to send back immediately. So, when all the reviews for Ziva said they were too narrow, I got them in black and will likely get them in tan also. That said, they are narrow compared to the rest of the line, and Vionic could have built them to compensate for the pointed toe by not sizing them so that your toe has to fit into the point. They were snug on me so I ordered a half size up to test the difference but as usual, I am a solid 8 and when I size up, they end up feeling clumsily long. The 8 has loosened up perfectly in just two wearings. If you are a Vionic lover that tends to swim a little in other styles because Vionic mediums are more truly a wide, this one is for you. Vionic, please continue to slim down your shoes a bit for the true mediums since you do carry a wide option in most other styles. Finaly, I can wear your heels without them slipping off my foot or siding forward. Thank you!

So comfy. The little cushion button hits at just the right spot on the ball of the foot, and the top leather is so soft that they're a pleasure to wear.

I love these shoes so much I got them in both colors. I need metatarsal support and I had not been able to find a beautiful shoe I could wear to weddings etc. and then this shoe came along. Perfect heel size and comfort.
