The impala isn’t a running shoe but rather a training shoe. For the gym, cross training, and walking, I love them. I wouldn’t run in them. The toe box is decently wide. I also appreciate the sustainability of the brand. They look nice but I do wish they had more fun color ways.

The shoes looked cheap, had a shininess to them and ran way too small. I could not justify getting a larger size because the quality and styling were below par.

I wanted to like this shoe! The style is so classic and versatile, and it truly had the look that I was going for. The main problem for me was that when walking it’s not a smooth ride from heel to toe; instead, it makes a slapping motion/sound. I don’t see how this shoe can be considered a running shoe; I’d consider it to be street style. The insole padding is just okay, but not substantial (like ASICS or New Balance). For the price, I expected a better performance. So sad I’ll need to return these.

You guys...I REALLY wanted to like these shoes! The style and colors are absolutely perfect (classic, simple, and versatile with so many outfits). BUT... the outsole of the shoe was lacking in a big way. When walking across a tiled floor it's not a smooth ride--rather, heel to toe, it makes a "slappy" sound and motion. I doubt these shoes could truly be used for running; I would qualify these more as street style shoes (insole padding is just okay; it is not substantial, compared to other brands like Asics or New Balance). I didn't want to believe the other low-star reviews, but now I know these are a no-go for me. For the price of these shoes, I expected much better performance. I'm so sad that I have to return these :(

I wear a size 5 in regular dress shoes. And I wear a size 6 wide in Brooks Glycerin. These 5’s fit perfectly. Plenty of room for my toes which most shoes do not have. It is surprising how many people have wide feet but so few shoes are offered in wide. Of course, they are not as cushy as a regular running shoe, but I did not expect them to rival my Brooks Glycerins. Plenty comfy for a night out just not for a day long adventure.

I wonder if I could exchange this for a larger size even though I have alreday work it. So uncomfortable.
