These are by far the most comfortable and cute Chelsea boots I have tried on, and I literally tried 10 different styles in various brands before finding these. I love that they are easy to get on and off, and the oiled nubuck looks very nice. The toe box is wide and comfortable, my heels do not slide or rub, they have some cushioning, and the lug sole is durable and a perfect height for me. Great purchase!

Love these. Very comfortable right out of the box. Thick rubber sole has some bounce, as well as good traction. These are good for wide feet!! I tried both the men’s and women’s in the same size, since they aren’t available in wide and men’s standard width is wider. I actually went with the women’s, it’s perfect. So probably not the right boot for people with narrow feet. The toe box is nice and roomy, but the boot hugs (in a comfortable way) at the instep and ankle so it feels secure and doesn’t look sloppy. Very nice boot. Expensive but worth it in my opinion.

I have been looking for a pair of black chelsea boots for a while and this was the 5th pair that I ordered from Zappos. These are the winners. The toe box is nice and roomy (which a couple of others that I ordered had too small of a toe box). The arch and heel support feel nice and I can even swap out the insoles for my Klogs inserts and they fit great. Material is soft and doesn't feel stiff when I walk. Easy to get on and off with the loops in front and back.

I’ve been on a quest for brown Chelsea boots. Blunnies 550s weren’t all that comfy and I wore them outside so couldn’t return them. Then I found these! Ok arch support, plenty of toe box room - I wore all day and was comfortable. My only complaint is that they arrived in a plain brown box and without the usual stuffing, plus the soles had some dirt on them. I’m guessing the pair I received were a return. The uppers looked new, and I didn’t see signs of wear.

I found these boots hard to get into and also hard to remove. Cumbersome. Had to return them.

This exceeded my expectations. I took it on a work trip to Seattle barely out of the box and I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable they were. I have a myriad of feet and knee issues but didn't need in soles and didn't have any new foot or knee pain when using them. And they are very stylish.

Lightweight comfortable boot right out of the box! Exactly what I was looking for. I’m a size 6.5 and EU 37 US 6-6.5 fit great with regular socks if you are a 6 you might need a thicker sock.

I usually wear an 8.5 US with a regular width. My size was unavailable for these boots so I went ahead and ordered the next size up (9-9.5 US). At first I thought they were going to be too big - but I've been wearing them with thicker socks and I'm finding that they feel pretty comfortable! I do think that my actual size would have been great - but these are really working well for me. They feel very comfortable to walk in - nice amount of give and comfort in the sole. Very cute and sturdy boot.

Love the look of these shoes. Wish they came in half sizes as I think i would have gone down 1/2 size. The full size smaller was too tight. I tried on a ton of boots and these were one of the only ones with ample toe room. My heels slide out a bit in back but not terrible- hoping to fix with a pad.

I loved these boots, but they were large on me and the front rubbed my leg. Not sure how to remedy that and I think they would be great for most people as they are great looking boots.

These were very large. The style was bulbous and big and clunky. But not in a good way. Like all Eccos- they were very comfortable. Just kind of hideous.

I like this boot and it DOES have some cushioning in the footbed, not a lot but more than most boots. 8 in this brand is way too big for me; 8 is just right in Topo athletic. This Ecco chelsea boot does not come in wide. If I size down to 7.5 i'm pretty sure it will be too narrow. So I am returning them.

Very please to find boots that are wide enough. They were comfortable right off the shelf. While they are tight at the top, they are not impossible to get on, I use a shoe horn and it's no problem.

The toe box & heel fit fine. Narrow & tight across the top, especially on my right foot. Which doesn’t happen with any other shoes. Like another customer, a half size up would have helped. Now I have to find a shoe repair place to stretch one shoe.

it didn't feel comfortable to me. i have bad feet but ECCO products usually are great.

This boot is way too big! Felt like a full size bigger than my normal shoe size. It also felt really stiff and clunky.

These boots are cute. They are much too stiff and impossible to make comfortable even with very thick socks. With the thick socks, they were much too narrow and still rubbed on the heel and ankle.

These boots are much clunkier looking than in photos. I wear a large 11 1/2, but the 11/11.5 size slid up and down on my heels at first try on. Walking in them, they feel more like wearing plastic boxes on your feet than a leather boot. I sent them back.
