Well-made boot but the sizing is off. I had to order a half size larger than my usual size in order to get the right length, but then the arch was in the wrong place for my foot. Aesthetically the boots look more like stumpy little hobbit shoes in person than in the photos. I returned them for these reasons .

I loved the fit and comfort of this bootie. However, the sole outer sole is too slick for anything other than dry street walking. I wanted these for wintery outer wear during rain. Sadly they are going back.

I have plantar fasciitis and work on my feet, standing on concrete floors for 8-10 hours every day, and finding cute shoes that are comfortable and supportive is such a challenge! Got these in the Bordeaux color and was a little disappointed that the stripe on the heel isn’t violet as pictured, just a darker shade of the same deep red used on the rest of the shoe. Overall the design is cute - not exactly a chic silhouette but the wide toe box is comfy. The leather is soft and the shoe is very lightweight. I like the lace up style to adjust for thicker/thinner socks and the zipper is convenient for easy on & off. My only complaint is the hard insole - it provides moderate arch support but zero cushioning. Fortunately the shoe is pretty roomy so I was able to add a thin gel insole on top of the cork one that comes with the shoe and that gave me enough padding to make it work. I’m rating 3 stars overall and 4 stars for comfort because for the price point these should be comfortable and ready to wear without adding an insole.

I liked the fit and color of these boots a lot and they were very comfortable, but when I compared them to the Naot Cetona I noticed they make my feet cold, where the Cetona’s are toasty and cozy. Sadly I returned for that reason. I wear a size 7 1/2 and the 38 was a good fit.

Very comfortable, even for my fussy feet. Toe box is deep enough for my sensitive big toe, and wide enough for bunions, but the laces allow for adjusting the rest of the shoe to be snug on my skinny heel. The zipper makes for easy on and off. Leather is soft enough not to be stiff on my ankles. I'm really pleased. I usually wear size 10 or 10.5, depending on the shoe. I followed the website suggestion and got Size 41, which worked well.

I love the way they feel and look and the way they support my feet.

I love, love, love these boots. I have lots of foot problems: heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, arthritis in my big toe, neuroma on my fourth toe. I swapped the insoles for my orthotics, put on the boots and wore them for 2 days straight, no breaking-in period needed. Not the most stylish shoes I have ever worn, but I am getting past that these days. I am going to Europe in a couple of months and ordered and returned 5 different pairs of boots before I found these. thanks Zappos and Naot!

These boots felt great from the first time I put them on. They have perfect arch support and are very comfortable. I bought them for every day shoes that would be easy to put on and look good - they do both well. Naot is a great brand with high quality shoes. A little expensive, but worth the cost. I will wear these for years!

These boots are THE most amazing boot ever made!! I love these boots for comfort, style and these do not hurt my feet at all. I work in case management and walk all day in the hospital. I wear these all day and my feet feel amazing. I wear size 10 and got size 10. Best boot ever..

I took the website’s advice on size. I usually wear size 10 but it suggested 10.5 (EU 41) so that’s what I got, in a B width. I have very narrow feet but need extra width in the toe because of bunions, and extra depth in the toe box because of a sensitive big toe. These work, and with the lace-up design I can tighten the shoe till it’s comfortable and secure on my foot even though it’s a little wide for me. The zipper makes on and off so easy. The leather is soft and there’s some insulation too. I love them.

Love these boots, very warm and hug my feet nicely but not too tight.

Adorable on the shelf, looked at bit like clown shoes on. I’m on the fence about trying a size smaller. Color is a gray green and I really liked it.

It is cute and comfortable boots. One thing I don’t really like about it is where the zipper is. Zipper is right next the shoe string area. And when you try to zip it up, it feels really flimsy. You can not wear it speedy manner. Gotta be careful a bit.

Naot shoes are always good.

I loved the style but not the green color. Also they weren’t as comfortable as my other Naots.

I saw these on the shelf of a local shoe store and thought they were so cute! I came to Zappos when they didn't have my size. I found this great Gray Green Color, on sale too! I loved them but the fit for this is off, I’m inbetween a 38 and 39. They did look a little like clown shoes with a wide rounded foot bed, but maybe the smaller size would be better?

After one year of occasional use, it started to let water through in. Just splash water on the toe made my socks wet…. With the price of this shoes, very disappointed.

Did not like the 2-tone colors, toe of one shoe was malformed, zipper worked poorly, top seem of ankle boot felt uncomfortable.

I usually love Naot shoes but these boots are uncomfortable. They are also not very attractive.
