Very nice boots! It's easy for me to put them on but need some effort to take them off because no zipper. True to size.

I had to return them because they didn't fit

It's amazing quality and fits great and easy enough to get on and off but beware it does not come w a zipper if that's a requirement for you, I didn't have any trouble taking them off tho

Beautiful boot, was hard to get on without a zipper and calves where snug. I kept them because they are stunning and the leather will soften.

The calf is too wide, the boots lack a zipper, making them quite challenging to fit. Overall, they give off a cheap appearance.

Unfortunately I had to return the boots I was not able to get them on there is no zipper to loosen the boots up to get them on. They are really nice though other wise very well made.

The boots are exactly what I wanted - lovely leather, cushioned, square toe and block heel. In the description there was a mention of an elastic piece on the boot so it never occurred to me that the boots would not go over my calves. I am not a very large person and I have never had any trouble with regular boots fitting. I was incredibly sad when I attempted to try them on - even more so because they are not returnable. I have worn Cole Haan for years and never had this issue.

The calf diameter was too small and it didn't have a zipper. The quality of the material was excellent.

Hard to put boot on and take off, but love the look and style

Love all my Cole Haan shoes, but the boots...not so much. Boots runs a bit large and is not super comfortable to walk in.

These boots are not what was expected. First - what color is a chestnut? Purple? Well, that is the color of the boots. I have an athletic build so average to a bit larger than average calves and these were huge around the calves. I have probably 8 pair of Cole HAAN boots and these just don't meet the same standards that Cole HAAN normally has. They went back.

Beautiful boots. I was looking for a not-too-tall block heel and these were perfect. I have many pairs of Cole haan shoes im size 9, but I couldn't pull these on. If they had a zipper, would have great. Have to return.

Purchased these on sale, based on my experience with other Cole Haan shoes. Ordered a 9.5 B, like I usually wear, and these are so, so, so tight!!! Really disappointed as I was hoping for something I'd love as much as the other Cole Haan shoes I have. Unfortunately, not returnable as they were on sale. I'll never be able to wear these.

Really liked the style of the boot but no zipper just made it unworkable.

The leather is very beautiful but the calf was too tight. They should have made more room there with a zip. You have to have extremely skinny legs to fit in.

I bought these 2 week's ago. I was excited. They came 2 days ago and I can't even get my foot down the shaft to get them in the boot. So disappointed. I passed up other boots awaiting the arrival of this one. NO ZIPPER! I'm afraid to force it on. I don't have anyone to pull it off! If you don't mind fighting with it, then it's a great looking boot!

Really wanted these to work as it is hard to find black leather block-heeled boots (still looking!). I am 5'2 112 with a 5 1/2 foot. The shaft, while I expected to have some room at the top was far too wide. My calf was 'floating' in them. I had to return them.

I was so excited to see that these would actually fit my calves. Unfortunately, with no zipper it's too hard to get my foot in. Once my foot was in they fit great. But it was too much of a struggle to get these on.

Very wide on the upper calf. Did not love these.
