Loved the style and quality of the shoe. But the top edge at the shoe opening was very stiff and very uncomfortable (actually painful) against the ankle bone.

These look good and did fit well (wide width). However, the sole is very hard and clunky. Wore briefly to see how they would feel and it was clear they were very stiff. This is most likely attributable to the method used to waterproof. Returned.

Arrived as promised. Fit & size true to New Balance tennis shoes. Received and walked two miles in comfort. Perfect.

A great shoe that works very well for my everyday needs. A cross between a sneaker and a low-cut hiking shoe with good grippy treads and moderate flexibility. Being waterproof is a plus. I’ve been wearing them now for over a week for outdoor activities, yard work, daily walks and other chores. I’m very pleased with this shoe and hope it is durable enough to last a while.

I like the relatively low heel, which I prefer. Somewhat stiff but I'm sure they will loosen up.

I love them. Very comfortable and looks great. Clarks tends to run a bit larger, so I usually order a half size smaller. However, this time I ordered the exact size I need and it fits well.

Seems to keep the heavy morning dew out.

I thoroughly enjoy wearing them.

I like that the top-front of the upper is leather rather than fabric. The cuffs felt uncomfortable against my ankles at first, but adding heel pads remedied the issue.

This shoe was well made and looked nice. It just did not feel well on my foot.

I was really disappointed in the quality of these. I'm replacing them 18 months after wearing them irregularly. The tread is all worn down. About six months in, I had to shoe goo the top of the shoes where it joins to the sole.

Ouch. Went for a walk in these today and found there is a large seam at the base of the laces that wore the skin off the top of my toe. These shoes are not made for walking.

The shoe fit well, but was very stiff and heavy. Even the tongue was rubbing on my ankle. It felt like walking on a brick. I am retuning. I usually am happy with Clarks shoes and sandals.

The shoe is very stiff. They rub on my feet, even the tongue of the shoe is stiff. Also the heel is too wide. Very uncomfortable!! Will return. I have had many pairs of Clarks shoes and sandals. This is the first pair that is stiff.

A good looking shoe but not comfortable around the ankle as was mentioned in other reviews.

Quite rigid and uncomfortable. Size was too large - lots of room inside despite ordering same size as many other sneakers I own which fit well. Despite being too large, the ankle was very rigid and uncomfortable, the tongue digging into the front of my ankle.
