Buyer beware- after about 4 days of wear the Velcro wouldn’t stay attached anymore when I walked and so I literally had my feet coming out of the shoe! It came off many times and was literally unsafe to walk in. I just walked around an office with them. 100% a total design flaw and unacceptable. Thankfully Zappos is letting me return them….Because these were a serious waste of $$$ (and a huge disappointment).

I'm trying these out as my everyday work shoe for early fall. So far, they are very good. Very comfortable right out of the box and comfortable for being on my feet all day, and not heavy like some other Danskos I've had in the past. The taupe color is a little unusual IMO, but it does blend well with gray, khaki, blues, greens, purples, etc. I bought two sizes in these to try since there are no half sizes and definitely wanted to go with the larger size. It may not be obvious to you, but the strap is held down with velcro rather than the buckle which is decorative. I'm hoping that holds up in the long run, but it was very comfortable on a first couple of days of wear.

I just received this new shoe from Dansko. It's super comfortable! I'm always looking for stylish shoes that are also walking shoes. I live in an environment where walking is very much a part of the lifestyle. These Marcella mary jane style shoes are absolutely perfect for pairing with jeans, slacks, and skirts. I'll be taking them to Europe next year. I'd love to find them in red as well!

These shoes are very comfortable but I returned due to the very low toe cut. They run a little long.

Love the style but they are made where where they cut right across my bunion! OUCH! I can only wear Mary Jane's so I am really disappointed!

The fit is perfect. The style is great, you can use them for dress or everyday wear.

Wore to work and they were really comfortable, looked great. LOVE the Velcro closures!! Look like buckles but actually Velcro closure. Sooo convenient

Very cute shoe, it’s comfortable, but does not offer as much arch support as do Dansko clogs.

I liked Danso Fawna better which I thought had more support and just fit my foot better. I have a flat, narrow foot with no depth and it it so hard to find a shoe. Even with the Fawna, I had to put an insert under the bed to fill in the shoe. The Marcella shows a little bit of the top of the toes and I liked that look, but the Fawna worked out a little better for me.

Never got the shoes but customer service was awesome. Just shipped another one!

Love this shoe. I have many foot issues (planter fibromas, bunion, no fat pad left) and require a lot of underfoot padding, a wide toe box and a narrow heel. All of which these shoes have. The only issue was that the curve on the toe box (which is rather shallow) irritated the tendon of my big toe with each step (only on one foot). I see that someone else had a similar issue. I'm returning it and ordering the other color, hoping that there will be a slight difference enabling me to keep an otherwise great shoe.

I keep trying Danskos because so many people like them. But I never like them, including this one. Too stiff and too short. I need to give up on this brand once and for all. My feet just don't fit in them comfortable.

I really wanted to like these - comfy inside, cute shoe for walking trip I am planning - but I think they have a defect. The bottom squeaks like they are cracking. I tried to wear them in the house 3 times and couldn't get it to stop:(

I have two pairs of Danskos that I love, an ankle boot and the Paisley sneaker. I live in these during the winter! Like most Dansko's that don't lace up (or the boot in my case) these were too wide on my foot. Also, this is the second pair that left a whole thumb width between the top of the shoe and my toes. The velcro strap made them impossible to adjust for my foot but I imagine the gap at the top would have still be there. Wish Dansko would offer narrow widths or at least correct the above issues. It's a hit and miss with me finding shoes that fit and are comfortable! Wish I could find one go to brand!!!
