Satchel is the same good quality as before, but very disappointing that it has reduced in size. the pictures still show the original size. Vera Bradley, you can at least update your pictures to reflect the size of your small Satchels.

This bag has a beautiful design, but it lacks the touches like leather pieces and such that previous versions had. Also, the material does not feel as nice.

Notice smaller than previous years. Style I like but you've downsized

I ordered two different bags to see which one better fit my needs. I returned the Glenna bag, because it was kind of floppy. Not as structured as the Multi Compartment bag that I kept.

too small for me!! reordered the small vera tote hoping to like it when it comes in. love my turn lock pastel plaid wallet!!

I have tried to go back and order more but they keep asking for a password change and then when I comply my cart goes empty. I've tried twice and shop on line everyday so I know what I'm doing. However, the purse is great from the last order. I always love the merchandise when I can get it.

The Glenna handbag used to be my go-to bag but the new Glenna is smaller and doesn't hold as much. I love the Bloom Boom fabric but I'm not wild about what you have done to my favorite Glenna handbag.

I did not care for the deeper less wide version. I have a couple of VB satchels. They are less deep and a little wider. Please bring them back.

I ordered this bag and it is so lovely. However the stitching on the strap came apart less than two weeks. Vera Bradley was quick and courteous and rectified the situation. I was sent a replacement and the same thing is happening. I will find a seamstress to reinforce the stitching because I really like this bag.

Butterflies are my thing so when VB came out with this pattern of bag I had to have it. From the pictures online it looked a lot bigger than it actually was. I've had a Glenna bag before but this one seemed smaller. I am a little disappointed but will put it to good use. Love the darker pattern, I tend not to get lighter colors because they get dirtier faster even though they can be washed. I almost got the small Vera bag instead but couldn't beat the sale price of the Glenna!

I love the Glenna bag from Vera but there is no leather tag saying it's a VERA! Why not!

I like the Satchel style. I wish it had longer straps

I have owned about 5 of the Glenna sachels,I am disappointed that you now choose to make it smaller. I will keep this one, but I probably won't buy another Vera Bradley

I really love this bag. It's beautiful and has a lot of space for my things. However, I have only had it for about a month and the fabric on one of the straps is starting to come apart. I'm very upset because I wanted this bag to last years like my other Vera Bradley bags, but I don't think this bag will hold up.

I love the pattern but I don't like the style of this particular Glenna. I prefer the wide roomy style of my other Glenna's. This one is long and bucket-like in shape. The picture is misleading and when I communicated with customer service, they basically said this is it; take it or leave it. Disappointing, VB.

I always buy from your shop in Tennessee. I received this bag and was not impressed at all. First of all the size of it seems to be small to medium and the quality is cheaper than usual. Cost is way too much for this purse and it was on sale. I will not be making any more purchases on line.

The Glenna strap drop is not long enough and I'm a little small woman!

Very nice purse, just too small for my needs. The tote's are more what I need.

I have been carrying the Glenna Satchel bag for many years and have always been very satisfied with its construction. This bag is totally different. It shoulder straps are at least 2 shorter, there is only one zipper compartment forming outside pockets. There is not vinyl reinforcement in the handles. If I had not ordered it from VeraBradley.com I'd have taken it for a knock off bag. It's that bad! What is going on with their production line??

The satchel seems size awkward. The height was fine but not much room to put things. Once a wallet is in the satchel not much room fir much else.

No leather placketing for logo or on handles like my previous one. Pattern colors nice for fall/winter. Size, pockets and light weightness is what I really like about the Glenna satchel.

I love the color, the pattern, but I feel it's very hard to see inside the purse. It's as though the lining is too bulky!

The bag & umbrella are very cute- was able to see our gift when we traveled to see the recipient after Christmas. However, we were disappointed to learn our gift note was not in the package. My fianc's Mom had to call everyone to figure out who the gift was from. That wasn't super.

It is a nice purse. It was very compressed/smashed from shipping. Smaller than I normally use. Not sure I would have bought it in the store.
