I already own 3 Coach pillow Madisons ? The material is really good! super soft and squishy. The bag is roomy enough for your everyday essentials & more. It fits a little more than the pillow tabby 26. I recommend this bag it’s super cute and timeless :)

One of the best bags Coach has ever made, hands down. The leather is phenomenal, quality of construction is amazing. Wish the straps were a tad thicker with a leather shoulder pad included but overall, this bag rocks! I own two.

Very gorgeous bag. Small inside and sort of tight. Looks ver classy and feels amazingly soft. Delivery was fast and handbag was packaged so neat and nice with all the tags and wrappings on it. Came with a coach dust bag. Very pleased with my purchase from Zappos.

I ordered this item twice and both times it was defective. The flap had cracks and the inside stitching was crooked and was missing paint. A beautiful bag, but be sure to look it over carefully.

I bought this bag. Looked like a return and had little black spots on it. Since I paid full price, I returned it immediately and was refunded the next day! I had to reorder it and not exchange because I used PayPal. The next bag was perfect and perfectly wrapped! Such soft, supple leather and a great weight to the chain. I knew I’d love it because I have the same bag in the color of wine. The bag feels and looks like luxury to me. Thanks, Zappos!
