It's a great bag, well constructed. I like how many pockets it has. It seems durable. I just find it is limited in space and the handle is a bit shorter than I would like.

This was a great bag to have as a carry on for a recent flight I took. It was able to hold all of the things I needed.

Love the bag, love the pockets, love low big the straps are, but the only problem is the straps slip off my shoulders. Other than that it's perfect.

This is a beautiful laptop bag. However my laptop is 15 inches and it is a tight fit. I would not recommend this bag for bigger laptops. 14 inch or smaller laptops would fit much smoother. The other features and details are beautiful. It has many pockets which is always a plus.

It's very cute. Doesn't hold as much as you'd think, it's wide the long way, but not wide on the sides, like a true tote. The laptop sleeve velcro ripped off day 1. No inside zipper pocket has been an adjustment. Two inside mesh pockets stretched out very quickly. I've probably had close to 20 VB bags and my favorite styles have been discontinued so I tried this one out for my long train rides. Not disappointed, but could be better.

Loved the bag but was very disappointed in how it arrived. The covered cardboard strip at the bottom was folded in half. Thus the bag didn't stand correctly. Whoever packed the bag created this problem. So disappointed!

Let me know when you make the Triple Hipster Crossbody this size.

Each Vera Laptop Tote has less and less features. First one came with a bottom insert, attached lining, and zippered inside pockets. Second, no structured bottom, de-attached lining, padded laptop area, zippered pockets inside and two outside pockets. This one no structured bottom, de-attached lining, one outside small pocket, mesh pockets inside, and lightly lined laptop pocket.

Needs more padding/secure area for laptops (padding is too thin)

Returned this item as I realized my laptop is too long to fit in sleeve. Such a shame because this would've been a perfect bag.

I needed/wanted a new work tote. First I ordered a Vera tote, which is what I've been using for years. Sent it back because the re-design makes it mostly non-functional. Ordered this one, which is an improvement over the Vera Tote, but still has some glaring omissions. First and most obvious: why did they not include a zipper at the bottom of the trolley sleeve so that it could be a useful pocket when not traveling with a rolling suitcase? This was a genius idea, and they totally dropped the ball by not utilizing it here. Second, the bag will not stand up. I don't carry a laptop to and from work, but I guess others do. The inside pocket for a laptop is badly designed, and another missed opportunity for useful pockets. What they got right: for once, the side pockets on the outside are of a size as to actually be useful. Thanks for that. The straps need to be a smidge wider.

Laptop compartment is too small and I think it will eventually tear.

I've been buying Vera bags for over 25 years and have alway been happy with the quality of the bags. What has happened? Prior totes had the inside pockets sewn in the same cotton fabric. They were substantial and held the contents well. Now, they are using a flimsy fabric that is floppy and contents spill out. The contents do not stay upright in the pockets and fall over. After so many years I hate to say goodbye to Vera, but the quality is not the same.

I replaced a work tote of yours that I had for 9 years and loved. I wish the new one had some of the same features - in particular the leather bottom and four feet on the bottom. The new one doesn't sit upright without the feet, it kind of leans. It gets dirty when it's on the floor. I also miss the big zipped outside pocket. The new one has an outside zipper pocket but it's small. I do like the key holder.

Love the pattern but quality has gone way down ! The bottom is no longer diff & plush, but thin and cheap! I gave been buying for yrs and it's just soo sad yo see how much the quality & craftsmanship has declined!

I have loved Vera Bradley products, especially their tote bags. This is by far the least quality bag I have ever gotten. It's a shame because their bags were well stitched, thick, and sturdy. This looks homemade, not as study, and just not stitched to the highest quality.

I love a VB bag it carries my life and more. However, I was quite disappointed with this purchase for two reasons. 1) there is no inside zippered pouch on the back wall of the purse and the pocket that can be utilized to go over the handle of your luggage does not contain a zipper at the bottom like my other bag did. This gives you one less usable pocket on a daily basis. I know it labeled a COMMUTER bag but I use my bag as an everyday bag and that one less access pocket is truly missing. Please going forward make that over the luggage handle pocket a versatile one not just for a specific purpose. I chose to keep my bag but I was quite taken aback by this feature.

Bag appears larger than the description measurements. Too large for personal bag travel restrictions. Otherwise, beautiful n durable.

I received this bag in the mail this evening. It's beautiful. Durable bag. I will be returning it. It's not as wide, and won't hold a lot of stuff. This bag is really made for a laptop and spiral. My fault I should have paid attention to the video provided.

I like the bag and that they have deep pockets on the outside. When the bag spilled, my water bottle was on the outside and away from my computer. Great design there! I was not happy with how the bag arrived. It was in a plastic bag and rolled up and placed in my mailbox. So it was misshaped and still doesn't stand nicely (2 weeks after shipping). I'm hoping with more time and weight in the bag, it will level out. I also wish the luggage slip had a zipper on the bottom so that you could use it as a pocket when not traveling. Otherwise, great texture and works perfect for carrying my laptop, purse and folders on the inside with 2, 24oz water bottles on the outside.
