I wanted a big bag. I got a big bag. It is sturdy and perfect for carrying my supplies to do home visits with children. In fact, this bag is so big, I could easily put a child in it. The personalization was exactly as it appeared on the example. All my VB things out-last the competition.

I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE the large family tote My girlfriend bought it for me for my birthday. She knows I'm a huge Vera fan.. My favorite style has changed many times over the last 20 years. My latest favorite is large family tote.The first time I used it for the beach I realized I needed another one Going to the beach I never had enough space for all I carry.By the time you put 2 beach towels in a regular beach bag there isn't room for all the other beach necessities.This bag holds it all ! The material is wonderful for shaking all the sand out too.I use the other bag when we stay at a friends house to carry out own sheets,towels and blanket.it holds it all.Great for carrying things back and forth for college students too. I'm sure you can use this bag for somethingI recently used it to carry my ironing from one room to another

I was absolutely thrilled with my purchase of a large family tote from Vera Bradley! It's wonderful for going to the beach, the pool or for a simple overnight bag. The sand from the beach can be brushed off and my items don't get wet when a sly young one does a cannon ball at the pool! It would make an awesome gift for a busy young, mother, a child bound for boarding school or college or for a grandmother to carry her gifts on her visit to see her grandchildren! Love this bag! You can fit 6-7 beach towels plus other items. Sand does not stick to the bag so when you pick up the bag , your not slinging sand everywhere!
