Not as comfortable as my last pair, but cute. I had to tie an extra knot so they wouldn't be too loose.

Pretty comfortable. Normally wear 8 1/2, originally bought a 9. Returned for an 8. Still loose, this style is just too wide. Will probably return.

Comfortable, but they run HUGE. Get a smaller size if you are normally a half size. Very lightweight.

Love the color. Fit a bit loose and the shoe lace too stretchy to hold it snug. Has to tie the stretch lace to keep shoe tight enough not to slip off my heel.

Upset had the shoe less than 2 month and already falling apart not happy at and the time it took to even get the shoes took 2weeks never received wrote email calls nothing had to reorder very poor customer service

The left shoe fits great but the right shoe falls right off my foot. This is my 3rd pair of shoes from Hey Dudes that are size 8. Never had an issue with the size with my other pairs. I wanted a replacement but was told to return instead. Tried returning, but have to pay for shipping which I feel like I got a defective shoe in the first place. Very disappointed in Hey Dude in how they handled situation

There is something wrong with the back part of the heel, I dont know if it is sewn wrong but there is a ridge. This rubs on the back of my ankle and caused a blister(even wearing socks) in less than an hour.

Your company suggested to get a size bigger than what you normally wear. Well, they're TOO big!! Horrible experience!!!!

I signed up for the emails to her the 15% offer. Completed the order but forgot to get the code in email. I immediately notified the company in email and over text to cancel the order if they didn't add the discount code to the order. The text replies told me they had notified the "team" right away. I kept texting daily and was told it would take time to get to my order. On the email side they disregarded the emails and sent the shoes the next day. I asked about the discount and they said it was a valid code but would not add it to my order. I returned the shoes for a refund. After all of my attempts to cancel the order prior to shipping, they deducted shipping costs from my refund. The customer service is awful!

Never got either pair of shoes as DHL said undeliverable and returned to hey dudes.. I was charged and never refunded. Hey dudes won't answer my numerous emails! So I filed a complaint with BBB and still have not received a refund or any response! Not happy!!

Ordered paid for 4 pairs of shoes and received only 3 and have been emailing company support for three months No respone

The shoes are cute and just what I wanted, but one is a size 6 and the other is a size 7. I cannot get any response from Hey Dudes to fix this situation. I was simply told to return them. I shouldn't have to pay to send items back that was their mistake. Poor customer service!! Disappointing since this was the sixth pair I have ordered!
