The toe box is too narrow in both the 19 and 20 - please fix! :)

These shoes are it. I am SOLD. I have worn ride and endorphin shifts most of this year, but had some major blistering issues over the summer with both of them. I was looking for something else. From the second I got these, they were comfortable. I just ran Indy Monumental Marathon in these and had no foot pain at the end, unlike a marathon I did a few months prior in endorphin shifts. These are just like clouds but responsive and are keeping their foam and shape. I love how grippy the bottom feels. Perfect shoes for runs in the rain (which Indy was complete rain this year!). I have a high arch/instep and somewhat wide feet but do not need to buy wides. I got my usual size of 7.5 regular width and they're great. I tried an 8 in store too just to see, but the 7.5 works. Never stop making these!!

I will start off by saying I have been running in Triumphs forever. My favorite in the past several years were the 17. I owned four pairs and they felt like pillows to me and I've been searching for that in the Triumph ever since. The 18's were horrible in my opinion - hard as heck. I couldn't run in them. The 19's were a little better, but not much - at least I've been able to run on them. If you have been waiting for the return of a max cushion (which why we run in Triumphs, right?) then these are for you. I took them out for a short 8 miler and they were super responsive and just the right amount of rocker motion that the original triumphs provided. I didn't even notice the new heel drop. These will be my go to trainers for sure. With that said, I would agree with some comments that the tow box is more narrow. I have a narrower foot so it doesn't bother me but even so, it's definitely noticeable and I always run in shoes one full size up. Other than that difference I absolutely (finally) love my running shoes again!

I HAD TO ORDER A WIDE IN THIS SHOE, THE MEDIUM WIDTH WHICH I NORMALLY WERE DID NOT GIVE ME AMPLE ROON IN MY INSTEP AREA, THE WIDE FIT PERFECT! IT IS SUCH A GREAT SHOE FOR MY FEET, I HOPE THEY NEVER CHANGE IT ( HA HA ) , I AM ON MY FEET FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME AND THE CUSHIONING IS GREAT ! I ALSO FEEL THE ARCH SUPPORT IS GREAT DESPITE OTHER REVIEWS! I DONT USE THESE FOR RUNNING JUST WALKING I AM 55 YEARS OLD, RUNNING IS NOT A OPTION FOR ME, I HAVE PLANTER FACHIITIS IN MY FEET ALONG WITH SEVERE ARTHRITIS, AS FOR A MILD ROCKER IN SHOE I DONT EVEN NOTICE ANYTHING LIKE THAT IN THIS SHOE, I LOVE THAT I FOUND A SHOE WITH A 10MM HEEL DROP GREAT FOR MY FEET I LOVE THEM! BUT EVERYONES FEET ARE DIFFERENT WHAT WORKS FOR ONE MAY NOT WORK FOR ANOTHER. GIVEM A TRY THEY WORKED FOR ME, AND I HOPE THEY NEVER CHANGE THEM.

I tried one shoe on with it’s original insole & felt very little arch support, so i tried my after market insole & it was better, but the shoe didn’t feel good to me. It is a beautiful shoe with a very unusual heel. I have terrible feet, so rarely does any new shoe feel good.

I have been buying triumphs running shoes for years. I go through about 2 to 3 pairs a year. I retire the old ones as my walking shoes and only wear the new ones as my running shoes. The soles on these are falling apart and it hasn't even been two months of where. I agree with the other review that said they're back, the cushioning is great. I don't normally do reviews but wanted to share as I feel the product is flawed. See the pics. Pick up the 19s until they come out with a better model.

From the moment I put them on, they were perfect! They are the most cushioned and comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I went online to talk to a rep about which style would suit me best and she totally led me in the right direction and to the ultimate, best shoe for me! Thanks Saucony for never letting me down! Always my go to shoe for walking, running, and trail walking!

I purchased the Triumph 20 for the first time a few days ago. I ordered the 8.5 for the yellow color and the 8.5 wide for the maroon color. I can wear both comfortably, but the wide is more comfortable. Usually I have a difficult time getting a shoe loose enough for my right foot due to an injury.I was very happy with Zappos easy check out and quick shipping.

Love running in this shoe, extremely comfortable, not too heavy, great traction, and have enjoyed on both short and long distances in my easy and tempo paces. Definitely my new favorite all-rounder in my rotation. Only minor complaint is the shoelaces come up a bit short; if you need to use the last eyelets, you may need to replace them.

Triumph 20, has a much narrower toe box then other Saucony purchases I have made. I could have gone up 1/2 size in this shoe. I have alway purchased a size 8 but these rub my baby toes to the point of blisters. Not a fan of this shoe.

I loved the shoe but when I took it off, I had a sharp pain in my heel and could barely walk. I tried it a day later and the pain came back. It could be the increased heel drop. I don’t have the problem with other shoes. Color great and foam lining felt great otherwise. I had to return it.

I love your shoes but this time there is an issue with the sole of shoe not glued well. I try fixing it at home rather than returning but annoying

I have bad feet and these Saucony are the best I have ever had. Excellent cushioning and arch support. I hope they continue making them and don’t change the name.

I love these shoes. I want to order another pair. They are comfortable and really assisting me on achieving my fitness goals. I am now more focused on my posture and walking. I also get compliments everywhere I wear them. The color is a conversation opener.

Very comfortable for me. I've had a recent great toe joint replacement and these shoes do not hurt me. The support is good.

Awesome running shoes ! I have a high arch and I step so I wear them with thin socks. I also have the rain shield version - great for NE winter running.

I have been a Saucony fan for at least 8 years!! I wouldn't run in anything else!!! This is my 3rd pair of the Triumph 20. Just ran a half marathon last Saturday in them, in Key West!

This is my 2nd pair of Triumph shoes. I am not a runner but I do workout 5 days a week. I wear these shoes all of the time around the house and at the gym because they are comfortable and provide great support.

Great everyday trainer. Good cushion for a neutral shoe. My only complaint is that the laces are too short.

I've been a Saucony girl for a few years now and a runner for 15+ (25-30 miles/wk). This is my first pair of Triumphs and they are fantastic across the board. Great cushioning and energy return, and excellent for every day training and long runs. Love them!!
