I went in to my local running store to try a different brand max-cushion shoe--which felt fine but didn't wow me. Because I used to wear Saucony all the time (Grid Omni, anyone?), I saw the Triumph and tried it. The Triumph feels amazing. I ran in it today and am really happy with it--I'll be wearing these for a half marathon in a couple of months and hope these last 300+ miles. Word of warning--I normally wear a 9.5 in dress shoes and a 10 in running shoes. The salesperson brought me a 10.5 because he said everyone who had tried it on ended up going a half size bigger than their normal running shoe. The 10.5 fits me great so I'd suggest buying local so you can try it on or ordering a half size up. Saucony was my original running shoe brand, but they made changes over time that didn't work for my feet so I had to shift to something else. I'm super happy to be back in Saucony--these have the fit that I used to love and the comfort on these beats anything else I've had over the past 25 years.

The cushion at the heel is taller and bouncier than 19, which makes it very unstable. It is even more unstable than pwrPB cushion shoes.

Softest most comfortable running shoes I have ever worn. PR. They 15k the first time I ever put them on.

Awesome shoe. Deduct one star because the new shoelaces don't stay tied!

Very Comfortable shoe with great padding. Be warned that the grey soles just have an outside grey coating that can flake off leaving the white undersole to show thru. Disappointing.

I know Triumph 20 is getting a lot of good reviews, but that has not been my experience with them. Firstly, my pair have ~70 miles on them, and I've struggled with lockdown the entire time. I feel like my heel does not sit far enough down in the heel cup and that it's moving around too much, even with heel-lock lacing/runner's knot. I've not had this issue with any other Sauconys, which includes Triumph 19. This doesn't seem like a sizing issue because I purchased my usual size, and the fit seems seems okay otherwise. Secondly, the mesh overlays are cracking and splitting apart on the medial and lateral sides of both shoes, and I first noticed that happening after just 30 miles. Maybe I received a defective pair, but I've never experienced this type of wear so early in a shoe's life. Very disappointed. Finally, the midsole is just too soft. I realize this is what people want these days, but it's not for me. I really liked the T19's ride and thought a tad bit softer would have been nice. This is wayyy more soft than T19 and a totally different shoe overall.

Love these for running, walking, and working out. Great cushion and bounce. The midsole looks and feels like styrofoam, but it’s surprisingly sturdy. Not a ton of support in the upper but a great “soft” option for running and walking.

Best daily trainer out there. Perfect cushioning without feeling like you're sinking. This thing is a tank and went well over 400 miles.

I actually managed to run 3 half marathons and one full marathon in these shoes. They are still comfortable and feel great. I highly recommend these for long run training as opposed to a race because these shoes were really built for training runs, but these shoes are still actually good for a race at any distance. They are light enough to where you can have a quick turnover, and they have just enough bounce. I use these shoes primarily for long runs as of now.

I have a number of running shoes, and these are definitely the most comfortable. They have great spring and bounce for tempo runs, and awesome cushioning for slower, longer runs as well. Such a great, all around running shoe.

Initially, I didn't like the stack height change between the 19 and 20. Over time, they have become my preference and I can feel a better support and bounce in them.

I used this shoe for my long easy runs (5:30-6:30 min/km) and this shoe just reached 300 kms today. I like this shoe for this purpose, the easy roll and plate technology do helps in my running as compared to my previous shoes that I used. I am a forefoot/midfoot striker by the way. One of my friends find this shoe warm for her feet during the summer but I have no complaints on it. I bought this on sale and I would buy this shoe again at a sale price if it's time to retire this one assuming it will give me good running till 644kms. This shoe can do speed runs btw (4:30 min/km), but again, I don't recommend this shoe for speed run workout.

Ran a half marathon straight out of the box and comfy all the way. i'm a longtime fan of the Triumph, but never raced in them before. Always use them for easy long days they have always been so plush. The 20 is just easier to pick up the paces in. I'm a slower runner 2.5 hour half is typical 6' 170

Very comfortable right out of the box. They fit so perfectly I just lace them not even snug and put them on and off like loafers.
