Lovely blankets, but after one washing (and then a second) very covered with pills. The kids and the room they slept in full of little white balls. How many washes would help this?

This would be nice as a throw, but is not working out the greatest as a blanket on my bed. The material is very smooth and soft. It's like shiny almost and it doesn't stay in place when you're sleeping unless you are holding it. I wake up almost every day with the blanket off and almost at my feet which defeats the purpose of having a blanket on to keep warm. I was really excited when I got it in because it's a nice looking blanket and is very soft, however I've never had this experience with a blanket that doesn't stay in place. I would not buy this again.

Nice blanket. Very comfortable and soft fabric. Decent size for a queen size bed. Almost luxurious in feel. Only thing is that I wish it was somewhat warmer. It is not a particularly warm blanket. It is warm but not warm the way a good wool blanket is.

Regardless of the type of sheets on your bed, this blanket will slide to the end of your bed every night and need to be pulled back into place the next morning. Super soft but very slippery and does not stay up and in place on the bed.

This blanket is very soft but much thinner fleece than one that I bought about 3 years ago. Therefore it does not stay in place in the bed as our other one does. Also not as warm. Disappointed.

I ordered a Queen size blanket and It seems to be a good Summer, Spring, Fall weight blanket. However, I will use a down comforter for our cold Wi. winter weather. One negative is that this blanket sticks to the sheets and bedspread.

Like most LLB products, quality is not the same as the King size that we bought 15 years ago. It does the job, warm & soft.

I purchased this blanket in cream color in 2017. It was terrific.
I had to replace my Wicked Cozy blanket last month. I ordered it in the bluegrass. I ordered in full/queen size. The blanket is so much lighter in weight. It is not as heavy as the one in 2017. I am so disappointed in the weight. I can't imagine what the lighter weight is like. Plus the blanket is much wider. To wide for
my full size bed. I will keep it because I don't want to run around looking for a blanket.

Disappointed I ordered this same blanket a few years ago for my husband and it was so soft! My son was always clamoring to use it so I finally broke down and bought another one (in a smaller size) for him. Right away, I could tell that the blanket was different - not nearly as soft!! The fibers seems to 'stand up' more instead of laying down and feeling silky. I keep going back and forth about returning it, but it's not terrible. Sadly, not the same quality and feel as our first.

This blanket is so very soft and feels nice, it is extremely warm also. BUT it leaves a mess anywhere it comes in contact with; little fleece balls, on bedding, on the floor, on pajamas...
When you wash your sheets or bedspread, the dryer filter is LOADED with fleece from the blanket.

The blanket is definitely soft and cozy, and perfect for winter. But it takes hours and hours to dry, which is frustrating, and I've already noticed some worn spots. Not holes, but pre-holes, if that makes sense. I'm finding that LL Bean quality is all over the place these days.

The blanket is warm and soft, but the twin size keeps sliding off the bed while in use. Making (and rearranging) the bed is more of a chore.

The blanket is soft, but a bit small for the width of my king size bed

Soft and warm but so slick and it won`t stay on the bed. I bought flannel sheets. I ordered and used a device called a Blanket Buddy. Neither helped.

While I love the plushness and comfort of this blanket, it is so short in length that I can't tuck it in at the bottom and when I reverse it, the sides are much too short. Also, the care instructions say that it should not be dried in the dryer, I have no way of drying it, I live in WA state where we have lots of rain and no clotheslines.

Not sure if the blanket is warm or not. I can seldom find it. I'm a restless sleeper and the blanket disappears to my feet or the side during the night. My dog's side of the bed is in a circle from him turning around as dogs are prone to do. Have to re-make the bed every morning by removing my bedspread so I can find the blanket. It's cold here. Need lots of covers.

I liked the feel -very squishy - but found it overall heavy in weight. Have a double bed, and the fact that it's a double/queen meant it was too big, really.

This blanket is so pretty and soft that I immediately loved it and then I put it on the bed and became very annoyed as it will not stay in place; I keep waking up and finding the blanket at the foot of the bed. This material would make a better throw than a blanket.

Thinner & slippery, I was thinking it would be more weighty & substantial feeling. It has a cheap feel to me. More & more items seem to be made in China. I prefer to purchase American made items.

I will keep this blanket because my grandchildren will probably like it. I was disappointed that it is so shiny and unnatural. It's very soft, but looks like it came from a discount store. I'm glad that I only ordered the twin size.

This is a particularly soft blanket, and very warm. My only problem with it is that it slides right off the bed with percale sheets. Has anyone discovered some way to keep it on the bed? Does a cotton blanket underneath it help? I have 2 other Polartec blankets which don't slip at all. Thank you.

The blanket is soft, perhaps too soft as it slips and slides. Ends up in puddle on one side of bed. Have to completely remake bed every morning.

This has been the greatest blanket until I had to wash it. It's shedding all over everything and covering the room in a thin layer of "dust?" I spent over an hour taking the pilling off today and the pile I was left with was bigger than my dust pan.
I love the weight of this blanket, the colour is lovely as well, it's just very frustrating waking up to the lint all over my pajamas and hair even.

I love the warmth of this blanket, but it slides off the bed, and makes the comforter slide off as well. I find myself in the middle of the night digging under the duvet to find the blanket and drag it back in to place. This happens with both flannel and cotton sheets.
