Unfortunately this coat didn't work for me. It fits very large. I order the L per size guide and it was huge. Like 2 of me could fit. But the main reason for returning is that it is not warm enough for Canadian winters. The fill collects at the bottom (this is straight from the package). I held it up to a light and could easily see the spots with no full whatsoever. It wouldn't work in a cold, windy weather. I loved that the hood was lined with fleece, pity the entire coat wasn't lined as well. Sorry Ugg, you missed the mark on this one.

This is the best winter coat i've ever been so blessed to have! I've been getting compliments on it nonstop! i love that the pockets are deep and fleece lined. i didnt think i'd use the thumb holes but i ended up loving them lol. it goes with everything i wear, even when im bummin it with grey sweats it looks adorable! i got my normal size medium but could've gone with a small, but its not a huge deal to me honestly because i hate coats that squeeze me while wearing sweaters underneath lol.

Amazing and beautiful coat! Does run big-I normally wear a large in coats but sized down to medium for a better fit. Love the pockets and thumb holes! Can’t wait to wear this all winter long!

Super cute. Love the colour. Oversized. Always looking for something that can be easily + comfortably worn over a work blazer. This will be great! I have a few Wunder Puffs, but was looking for something new + different to add to the collection. Super happy that I bought this (and not another Wunder Puff). Haven't had the opportunity to wear it in the -40 weather yet, but it does feel like material that will be warm during the freezing winter months. UGG never disappoints.

The sizing chart online was spot on. I like the length of the coat, super warm and the snaps down the sides give it a nice look.

I found this cheaper online than at the outlet so I was already happy. The actual size is bigger. XS felt like medium, but this wasn't a problem since I've already seen the product at the outlet and know what to expect. It has inner pockets, zipper, side buttons at the bottom. Super cute and looks better. It's warm, too.

This coat has everything I have been looking for in a winter coat. It zips and also has snaps, the hood stays up and looks super cute, and the inside is so soft. It is long enough without being bulky and fits like a dream. I am beyond obsessed.

I am petite and glad I read the reviews before ordering the XXS size- runs slightly large. Dark chestnut is a beautiful color complimented by the pink fleece inside. Warm and stylish.

This long beautiful puffer coat keeps me warm in the coldest days. I like the snug fitting cuffs covering most of my hands. I purchased it in chestnut and I love the color.

Thank you Ugg! You hit the mark on this one. I don't know how this jacket isn't sold out? I have been searching for YEARS for a perfect winter jacket. My problem is trying to find something comfortable around my hips without having to get a cropped jacket. And they did a perfect job of keeping this style oversized, without looking sloppy. The fleece hood, fleece lined pockets, ability to sinch the waist, thumb holes, the button up bottom, yes, yes, yes! For reference I am typically a 10 or 12, curvy hips, and I got a size L and I can still wear a sweater (with room).

I often go out early in the morning and it's so warm that I wear it very well.

Just received the coat but it seems to be a very well made, good quality coat. Runs big. I'm currently about a sz 8-10 and had to get a small. Medium was HUGE. I'm 5'2 and it reaches me at bottom of my calf. The cinched drawstring in the waist is a really nice touch. I also love the soft grey color with lavender lining. I believe this coat will serve its purpose to keep me nice and warm.

I wanted this coat and tried the size S first but exchanged it for the XS but the fit was still too bulky and baggy. I normally wear a size 6 in the US and I am short. I think it might look better on someone who is taller.

I doubt this will be posted but worth a shot to warn others. Overall, this is a great jacket. It's light weight, warm, functional, and I love the fur lined pockets. Unfortunately, I received not one but two damaged products. Both had issues with the band used to cinch the coat, in which the bands appeared to have been snapped previously, stitched together haphazardly, and fed back through the coat as to not be visible to the buyer (until attempting to cinch the coat). Customer service was unable to provide a reason as to how two coats from two separate orders had the same damage and were unwilling to make the return process easier by offering a return parcel pick up or expedited shipping. I even offered to keep the damaged product with a partial refund/stipend to cover the cost of the repair to no avail.
