I absolutely love these shoes. They are comfortable right out of the box and keep my feet warm. I love the BOA lacing which is super easy with by just twisting them to tighten and adjust.

More or ANY description would be helpful. This is the second pair of vans I'm returning due to lack of description and receiving something I didn't expect. Not everyone knows what BOA is, and yes I did some research before buying. I've been a vans Customer for 35 years. I think our relationship ends now.

I wish you guys would restock these! They're my husband's favorite ones!

I never heard of BOA until I saw these shoes from Vans upon release, but after reading about them I knew I had to try them! I spent over a YEAR trying to track down my size (the larger men's sizes were never in stock) and then I finally found a retailer with a single pair left in-stock and I jumped on them, and boy was I not disappointed! Not having to deal with laces everytime you put on or take off your shoes is a game-changer! Every single person I know who has seen me mess with the BOA system on these shoes has been intrigued and thought it was really cool! It saddens me immensely that Vans isn't producing these anymore, and I wish I was able to buy more pairs for the future when these soles wear out. At least BOA guarantees their systems for life, so if that ever breaks (and I doubt it will bc I now own multiple BOA products and they haven't even had a single issue) I can contact them and get it fixed. PLEASE MAKE THESE AGAIN VANS!!!!!

The snowboard closures are amazing! I hate lacing my shoes because I'm a hairdresser and My laces get hairy. It's a sensory issue, I'd buy five more pairs of these just to never run out of them. Please re-release or do the closure on other shoes as well. A custom option maybe?

I have had these shoe for a little over 2 seasons and I couldn't have asked for a better shoe. Warm enough to ride down to -5 or at 50. Easy on easy off and performs like a champ in the nastiest of situations.

These immediately became my daily shoe choice. I wear them at work, the gym, walking around the zoo, daily walks with my dogs, etc.

This shoe was purchased at vans outlet for a great deal! Their perfect shoes owned for 8 months. They get dirty like any shoe. We use vans shoe cleaned or Dawn powerwash to freshen them up! They've been used riding street bikes, dirt bikes and hiking. They've been the best shoes and will be purchased again. No problems with them

The sk8-Hi BOA MTE-2 Shoe is one of the most comfortable all-purpose shoe that I have ever owned from Vans. I hope that the BOA system is used in many more variety of options in the vans line-up. I have three extra pairs of them in my closet because I don't want to ever be without them.

The shoe itself is stylish and the shoes fit like a glove. Very comfortable and no laces is a great touch! 10/10 would buy again in any color they come out with!

These shoes are great! Fit well and super comfortable insole, always kept my feet dry in the snow. The boa laces are the reason why these are the best vans around, if they had more styles I would purchase.

These fit and feel perfect, just wish they offered more designs . I wear these any time I'm not in my work boots

Got my first purchase and I'm happy with it. Fits well, true to size, keeps my feet warm and comfy. Traction is goot and the BOA laces are a game changer.

These are the easiest shoes to get on and off. Boa works well, I leave em loose when I'm inside and crank 'em tight when I'm outside. No complaints.

I bought these shoes to wear to sporting events. My son wrestles and being a winter sport, I'm out in the cold early morning setting up for events.

I love these MTE's! This will be my second pair but I wish there were more styles and colors with the BOA system!

These shoes are great! Love the BOA lacing system. Would defiantly buy non MTE Sk8-Hi shoes with BOA. Easy on and off at the gym. Very comfy.

Love these! Got them for a cold snowy Chicago winter so I can wear these to the office instead of boots (yeah, I know I have a really relaxed office setting), BUT these are great. Super warm. Easy to get on and off. Super happy I got them!

BOA system works amazing. Not quirky, just a simple, easy concept. I'm a Vans 9 and these fit perfect. If you're on the fence I'd size up 1/2 size to help accommodate thicker socks. Would highly recommend!

So I'm about to purchase my second pair. I love them. I just wish they offered the BOA on other color schemes.

I was formerly a bike mechanic, and if you don't know cycling shoes often use BOA closures instead of Velcro (laces are super retro with road cycling lol). Anyway, I knew how nice BOA is and when I saw these last year I had to get them having already had 2 pairs of laced MTE-2s that I loved. Long story short, they're great. No messing with lace tightness to get the right fit, just click the button down and turn clockwise. To take them off just pop the button up and they'll slide right off. Just wish they'd make an MTE-3 version.

I would buy just this shoe for the rest of my life if they had more colors (especially all black). The most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. More so than hiking shoes.
