long lasting comfort all day (I'am on my feet 8 to 10 hours a day) kept down my swelling of feet at the end of the day. eats up that stinky feet odor at the end of the day. perfect fit & form fitting. easily slides into shoes for a comfort fit.

I know the new carbon fiber sole running shoes improve your time but will these insoles help? The answer is yes they will. I noticed more effect when running outside and slightly less when running on a padded track. They will take a little to get used to as, depending on your shoe, the feel is slightly different. I liked them more on my regular running shoe and slightly less on my more cushioned running shoes but that is just personal feel

The insert makes my foot hurt on the bottom, I like your gel inserts better.

These insoles were recommended by my orthopedic dr. as I have a Cartiva implant in my big toe. They make a huge difference in my ability to be active.

I love my new carbon insoles from Spenco Propel. I've been wearing them for about two weeks now and my feet don't hurt anymore. I used to get done with jogging and my feet would hurt so bad but that's not the case anymore. They are surprisingly lightweight and comfortable.

I bought a new pair of running shoes and placed these in after removing the old inserts and they fit perfectly! They were a little hard at first and I thought that they might hurt my feet because there really isn't any cushion to them but it was just the opposite..they make my feet feel more stable!
