I was fitted for these in a NB store in Winston-Salem, NC and immediately took them to a vacation walking around Yellowstone for a week. I thought I needed arch support more than anything, but these solved literally all the issues I had been having with my feet recently. They withstood this test and then some. I slide them in my golf shoes as well as my work and gym shoes, and ideally I will be able to restock on them whenever the 11.5-13 size comes back up on this website. Great work NB team!

The insoles are great, easy to trim and fit nicely in my New Balance sneakers. However, the COST for the insoles is as much as the shoe itself. That I found to be excessive. The insoles do not have a 'magic' formula, it is hard rubber. But I feel I paid TWICE for the shoe. One shoe without a proper fitting insole and another insole without the shoe! Next time I will consider Dr Scholl's or another brand for less than the cost of a New Balance sneaker.

This is the best insole I've ever used. I've always wondered why arch supports only supported the very inside of the foot and didn't really go much under the foot. These do and they are perfect, not too high, not too hard but just right. I wish I'd found these 40 years ago. They are helping my foot pain. I'm buying more so I can have them in my most oftenly worn shoes.

I put them in my shoes for support for my feet, which are very boney. I need good support.

I came into a store thinking I needed better arch support. The sales associate said they knew exactly what I needed and came back with these weird insoles. They've changed my life!! THANK YOU!!

My feet are flat. The first thing that goes are the insoles. If New Balance sold the same insoles in their high end shoes that would be a game changer

I've been looking everywhere for an insert that actually supports my high arch and have begun experiencing a lot of pain because of it. I bought this in a NB store and had complained to the salesperson that all the others I've tried had the arch support too far back or too far to the inside of my foot. This fits perfectly and gives the support I need without feeling like I've got a rock in my shoe.

Holy moly! These insoles really take the weight of your toes. I have bunions and have some bone growth under my big toe. It was unbearable being on my feet for 10hrs because of all the weight on my toes. I didn't really expect much from these, but wow. They do hurt your heel the first few days as I think most of the weight goes to your heel. They take a few days to break in and get used to. My toes are no longer hurting and they make my 10 hr shifts alot more bearable.

it would be best if the metatarsal support could accommodate my own orthotics by removing the plastic one which does not fit the same way as the orthotics made for my by a podiatrist

Size wise it fit ok. After 3 days of use it became uncomfortable on the Arches. Had to cut bottom plastic support in half for a little comfort. These are ok. Just not for my feet. Will have to keep looking. Unfortunately the NACF ones that are being shown don't work for me. I will have to purchase from Amazon or Walmart. Bummer!....

The arch support on these insoles are indeed very good, if you just need a moderate amount of support, however the metatarsal support leaves much to be desired. I have been purchasing supports from NB for years and they used to be a lot more substantial, just a few months back. I went back to see if perhaps I purchased the wrong insoles but could not find any other so I am assuming the ones I used to buy have been replaced. I subsequently had to go to a local cobbler who was able to glue in some additional supports. That cost me an additional $10.00. I could have purchased a insole from him at less than half the cost of the NB.

Wrong size was sent, too small. We ordered a size 12 shoe and a size F insert but the insert we received was only an E. Sent back, thus unused.

The previous version of these was amazing for Morton's neuroma and high arches. This new version has the bump lower down so it does nothing for the ball of the foot. I had to return, sadly.

Used the red 405 inserts for years and just tried the new and improved blue which may be new, but definitely not improved - especially if you have a wide foot. So much concentration on cradling the heal, someone might have remembered about the rest of the foot and the edges of the side ride up onto my foot and no amount of time was I going to wait to attempt to break them in and flatten them out
