Love these, super comfortable, a true wide.

Black upper and black lower version look like work shoes: they don't look like athletic sneakers but they work. Bought for dog walking. Was grateful for reviews that indicated to order half size up and wide for medium. Don't think these would work if you are normally a wide, but the toe box is generous.

Usually 8w are not as cozy as these. I will be repeating the purchase.

The fit was very good. Whenever I have to change models, I never know about the fit. I can easily fit my orthotics .

I like the style but these are definitely not supportive or cushioned enough to be a running shoe. Great for casual wear.

Listen to the reviews and order 1/2 size up. I have to exchange for an 8w. Width is good but short in the toe box.

Foam sole didn't give support. Didn't feel like a new balance shoe when walking . Not stable support.

The toe box felt shorter than my usual 8 wide. I do not have wide feet in other shoes.

The fit fine. What I did not like, the sole was too thick with not much flexibility. The laces were silk like and way too thin for this thick soled shoe. I did love the color, blue.

Really nice shoes, just smaller than normal. I wear a 9 in almost every shoe, but these were too tight in the toes.

These were fine - not nearly as comfortable as some of the higher end New Balances. But they’re definitely good enough if you want a nice walking shoe. I ended up returning these.

I have been loyal to New Balance for many years. However, I was extremely disappointed when these new styles arrived. The fabric is very thin, arrived wrinkled (yes, a wrinkled shoe!), shoe color is wrong (white looks yellowish). The fit feels about the same as previous models but the sole is thinner. What happened!!

Width was generous. Not enough padding under the toes and very little arch support.

These fit very strangely so I only use them for uppers' day when I'm training. They are extra wide in the middle and puff out.

Zero arch support and the back digs into my ankles even with padded socks.

This shoe should be listed as “runs small.”

I've been buying the Fresh Foam sneakers for years and really don't understand why they are now so inconsistent in size. It makes no sense that the same shoe in black is cut half a size smaller in gray, but there are no half sizes available. Going up a full size doesn't cut it. Very disappointing.

The right shoe was great, the left shoe is defective and will have to be returned.

I first ordered 8W my normal size and was so short my toe hit the top leading me to believe this was not 8W. I then ordered 8-1/2 wide and again my foot hit the top . What's wrong with these New Balance shoes?

The sides buckle. I had another pair and thought it was a flawed shoes, but it seems to be the design.

Super comfortable to run errands.

Felt great from the start. Comfortable and supportive. Room for orthotics under removable foam insoles. Good toe room and comes in wide widths.

Very light and work well with my orthotic insoles
