This is an awesome coat! We had a blizzard in buffalo and I got to try it out. I was so warm and completely dry. The color is beautiful I got the green just the right color to compliment yiu. I am usually a petite with jackets and the length on the arms was great for me I didn't have to roll it up like I do with a lot of coats.

I'm a size 8 and purchased a L to make sure I had room for layers. Kept me warm getting to and from work in recent -30 F wind chill. Has a double zipper to make it easier to sit down or walk longer distances, the hood fits nicely and stays up, and the cuffs have fleece to seal up the sleeves. It's puffy and almost knee-length without feeling too bulky.

Bought this jacket online when it was on sale- such a great purchase!! It is so warm, and unlike some of my other jackets it has a waterproof shell so perfect for snow or light rain. It is also very warm and the perfect length for spending days in the rink watching my kids. I do think it runs big, as I got the S and am typically between a S and M. I can wear a sweatshirt under it and still have plenty of room. Would recommend!

I love this coat! It's warm, which was my primary reason for buying it. The bonus is that it also looks stylish. I'm so tired of puffer coats!

In all respects this is a beautifully made winter coat that will see lots of action once the snow starts flying here in NH. Of its many great features, I especially appreciate that the coat's hood is removable. I am 5'7" tall and 127 lbs. Size L is roomy enough for me to comfortably layer underneath, but the coat is not swimming on me without layers. Love it!

I love the coat - it is so warm and just what I was looking for to prep for a Chicago winter. Marmot's customer service team was also extremely helpful!

This coat is soooo warm. I like to get my steps in everyday and sometimes that means walking in cold and wind. This is the perfect coat for that. Warm but not too bulky and the color is beautiful.

I am 5ft. 2in and coat sleeves are usually so long on me. This coat has knit cuffs and they fit nicely. It is very warm without feeling too heavy. I love it.

I wear this for winter beach walks on the Outer Banks of NC. The cost is very warm, in fact, I wear a thin shirt to not get too hot. It’s wind and water resistant. I like that it drops to just above my knees for maximum warmth. I pair them with Boggs boots to stay warm and dry. I think my favorite part about the coat is the snug hood. It doesn’t budge in strong oceanic winds and keeps my ears warm.

I absolutely love this coat! I work at a college and spend a good part of my day walking around campus so having a warm winter coat is a priority. I purchased it in Hazy Purple and have gotten a ton of compliments on the color and on the coat in general.

This coat is bomb proof for cold windy rainy winters. Love the bright color. We've been having a slew of cold windy rainy winter weather and this jacket has been great. Rain beads off. I stay nice and warm. The only quibble I have is the fit of the jacket around the neck. It's not as tight as I would like. You'll need a neck gaiter or scarf to be perfectly cocooned.

Found the perfect heavy jacket for northeast winters. The olive green color is neutral and great. I like the zipper it feels secure. The hood fits nicely and comfortable. I like the tailored look of the jacket too. Flattering cut.

This coat is so warm for windy winter weather in the Midwest. It is a perfect length with a two way zipper for flexibility. I wish it had an inside pocket but otherwise it's perfect.

This coat helped me survive New York City's windy chills! I stayed warm with layers and the outside helped block out the cold winds. I am happy with this purchase and for the first time in a long time, I am warm in a winter coat.

Fantastic wam jacket that isn't another black puffy piece that everyone else has. Nice length for wind coverage, the waterproof outside is perfect for Colorado weather. Would recommend highly.

I really like this coat. I was looking for a warm rain coat to wear for PNW winter dog walks so it needed to be both effective in the rain (although I didn't want to totally splurge on goretex), long to cover my hips that get cold, and warm without being super bulky feeling. The green color is great; it feels neutral while yet also distinct, and it makes me feel mildly more visible than my usual black attire. I usually opt for size small in outerwear to allow room for layering, but I took a gamble on a super discounted XS. It paid off! It's warm enough that I don't need to really layer, but if I have a chunky sweater on the fit is still comfortable. My few complaints are very minorI find the hood a bit short, which may be because I'm used to more tech rain gear that is fitted for helmets. I also find the hood to be oddly loud, something I saw commented on elsewhere. The front of the jacket also zips pretty high and the fabric is quite stiff, so I find I rarely zip it all the way up. This is usually fine, although there has been the odd blustery cold day where I contemplate the discomfort of the stuff fabric jabbing my chin vs having a cold neck. All in all, a great winter jacket and so far it has been impressively water proof. I'm not one to skimp on a walk in the rain and I have yet to see any breakthrough dampness.

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
I absolutely love this coat. It's a severe weather coat that looks like a really nice street coat. Nice longer length, water resistant finish, super warm. I usually wear a medium but ordered a small due to this kind of coat running big in other brands. The small would have been perfect but they sent me a small petite! I was so disappointed as it's made for petite people. I'm 5'7" & 137#, so I'm not petite. Sent it back & the small size is sold out. ??

This coat looks more beautiful in person. I like the length and the fit. The quality is great and it feels really warm. I have a lot of jackets and coats but I think this jacket can become my favorite ( I haven't worn it yet ). I can't wait to wear it in a very cold day. I'm so excited and happy with my purchase.

Love this jacket so much! Recommend to my sister and she bought one the next day. I'm usually between a small and medium but am pear shaped with a booty so went with a medium fit is great, arms are just a little long for me. No interior pocket isn't an issue as the two outer pockets have plenty of depth.
