These shoes say bmx and maybe are great for that to but ther awesome for skating for those of us that feel the new skate line shoes are hard.

I bought for my son for his birthday and he loves them. They run a little smaller but they still fit.

I purchased the black pair for my brother and he totally loved them. He says they're super comfy, mid rise is his new fave! Just wish there'd be smaller sizes for us small foot folks.

The BMX Style 114 has proved to be the best set of VANS in existence. For years, my 11yr old son and I have worn every different style...the BMX Style 114 has outlasted every other pair twice over. I will choose to buy them as long as they make my size! Please, continue the BMX Style 114 Forever!

I use these mountain biking, and they are perfect for that. Protect my feet, have good stiff soles, they grip well to the pedals, and they do all this while being lightweight and being lean enough that they stay out of the way (if you bike, you know why this is important). Wouldn't mind if Vans would make the leap and do a full blown mtb shoe (five tens need competition - they're too bulky really), but these definitely work anyway.

I bought these for my wife. They are cute and she says they fit perfect, true to size. They appear to be sturdy and well built.

These grip awesome to flat pedals. The mid top is also very supportive. Runs true to size, no need to size up.

My son absolutely loves these shoes! He rides bmx and is really hard on his shoes however these shoes are built to withstand a lot of abuse.

The 114s were all sold out of my size in all colors. I was over come with sadness, then these bad boys dropped. In the best colorway known to man. I bought 2 pair. I wear these daily, at the gym, and for DH MTB. The best shoe every made.

I bought these shoes for mountain biking. I've used them for about a year and I'm really impressed. They are durable, have great pedal grip and are comfy too. I wasn't sure if I would like the higher top, but I actually prefer it now.

I bought these shoes for my boyfriend and he really likes them. He does bmx so I knew he'd like these, especially bc he wears alot of black.

These shoes are really comfy to wear all the time. I use them to ride too and they are the best shoe so far I've used. I wish they cams in more colors.

Came with black laces on them, but a spare pair that matches the stripe on the side. With the matching laces, they look tight.

All around great shoe, perfect for bmx. Well constructed, good looking shoes.

I bought these for my daughter in law for Christmas. Judging from the reaction of the family, she has several pair in other colors! Loves them all!

I ride a lot of bmx street and was previously wearing the Etnies Brandon Semunk pros but my feet were hurting after each ride. These are heavenly!!!!!

They look really great, the grey/black color combo is on point. They're roomy in the toe box, but it's exactly the right amount without sliding around. I have always worn a true 10.5 size and the sizing is right. Will be buying another pair once I destroy these ones. :)

I've worn these hiking, tree trimming, biking around town. Then immediately brushed them off and worn them to dinner. 10/10 will never want another style. I absolutely need there to be more color options PLEASE

This most comfortable pair of vans I've ever had. I usually have to replace them twice a year. I'll probably only have to go through one pair now

Love the color and fit. I can also wear them when riding my motorcycle because they're high enough to protect my ankles. Can't wait to get another color.

These shoes are perfect. I had previously bought the BMX old skools and they were too snug on the top of my foot and never quite felt broken in, but the 114 are perfect within a few hours of wearing them! I love the added ankle support and protection they have for biking, and that they have plenty of padding without looking bulky, and the dark olive colorway looks great. I hope they keep making these and expanding the color selections, but I might need to get another pair to keep in the closet for when these wear out. They're that good.
