My true size is 8.5 in womens' shoes. I have worn size 8.5 in the Hoka Clifton for several years and like them (before that I wore a Brooks Glycerin size 9.0) but was ready for a style upgrade. For running shoes, these shoes are beautiful (I ordered all black), and when I ordered, Zappos recommended a size 9.5 for me. Given that On has said they have updated their sizing to be true to size I thought surely at most I should go up 1/2 size, but I ended up trying the 8.5, 9.0 AND 9.5. Zappos was right. When carefully compared, the 9.5 On Cloudgo was exactly the same size as my size 8.5 Hokas. I could have gotten by with a 9.0 and thinner socks, but winter is coming. The 9.5 was a good fit and very supportive and comfortable. It is a neutral shoe, which keeps me from suponating and at the same time supports my high arches and relieves forefoot pain. It has a sleek look that will also be great for exploring the city without looking like a tourist with tennis shoes. My feet are in the medium to slightly narrow range and these fit my width well.

Absolutely love these shoes! I have been wearing ON shoes for about 6 years and have purchased 6 pairs in several different styles so far, some online and some from a local dealer. THIS Cloudgo is the best fitting and most comfortable that I have experienced with ON. They do run a little short so I had to return the first pair that I ordered and orded a half size larger. I have a narrow foot and also wear orthotics and getting a shoe that accomodates these 2 criteria is not an easy task. The ON products have been the most comfortable everyday shoes that I have found. BUT the best just got better! I especially like the way the shoe hugs my foot when I opt to use the extra lacing eyelet at the ankle. I also like the heel padding that snugs up to my narrow heel. I only wish that they would come in more colors to choose from. The only downside is that they squeak when I walk! No sneaking up on anyone! I heartily recommend these shoes. By the way, I am 85 years old.

These are the most comfortable sneakers I have ever worn!! I am a nurse and on my feet for an extended period of time during the day and after wearing these sneakers, my feet are not killing me at the end of my shifts. They are extremely comfortable, roomy, light weight and feel great on my feet. Ive tried almost every kind of shoe you can imagine for work, but these by far are the best ones. Purchasing another pair in a different color. Absolutely love them!

Since developing back issues I have been on the search for a comfortable shoe. These have now earned my favorite shoe! I own Adidas & Brooks and the GO’s the are front runner. I was going to go with another ON Cloud shoe till I went and tried some on and the sales lady directed me to the ON Cloudgo for more support. Definitely can tell a difference on my back after wearing for the day. The one shoe I don’t immediately take off when I get home. Only wish they had more color options because these are the shoes I wear the most.

This is my first pair of ON shoes and my nephew recommended the Cloudgo to me. He was right! These shoes feel amazing to walk in. I am not a runner, but need this type of shoe due to many orthopedic injuries to my back, neck and foot. They are the BEST pair I have worn so far! For reference, I have worn HOKA, Brooks, New Balance, Altra...just to name a few. They are sized correctly, true to width, and the cushioning is amazing. It would be really great if they would offer more colors. I got the white. The rocker-style is perfect for walking. I highly recommend these!

Love the shoes but toe felt little too short. I feel the another half size more would be too large.

I received an obviously used pair of shoes. Dirty sole, scuffs, etc. Gross. I am not paying full price for used shoes. Do better Zappos.

I can’t believe these are a wide width. They are more narrow than any of my regular width shoes.

I have severe metatarsal arthritis. Went to NYC for Christmas and went to Bloomingdale's. Bought my first pair of On Cloud's. Tried them on and wore them out of the store and the whole six days that I was there. When I got home, I ordered a second pair for work....I'm an RN. The pain in my left foot was reduced by 75% by the cushion and support. I am now a devoted fan.

I bought the exact same pair of shoes about a year ago so I ordered the same size. The new ones are a half to a full size smaller.

I have several pairs of On Cloud running shoes and size 9 fits perfectly. This shoe was a little short. I had to return it and purchased a 9.5 which fits great

The fit and sizing is perfect for me. Have feet that are mostly bone on bone. These are the only style shoe I can wear. I have all the available colors but more would really be wonderful. I have had stem cell injections and my feet are so much better but the GO is still my go to wear for all day. Please add more colors!!! Am 79 but who wants to wear those old lady shoes of the past!!! GO is a life saver!

I am a nurse on my feet 12+ hours on the floor and let me tell you, these are great! Comfortable and give you a stability compared to other on shoes I have tried. There is also enough room in the toe box, not too narrow. I also love the color! Definitely recommend

Out of the few pairs of ON Cloud I tried, this is the one pair that I feel comfortable in. I love that it has a bit of lift like a tiny platform. Nothing cuts into my ankle. I did size up per suggestion. I compare my 7.5 ON with 7 Nike they look the same length/width. Good support so far (I only wore them once in the gym). The toe box is roomy enough without being too big. (I do not have wide feet). Hopefully, these will continue to be good to me when I have to walk hours once we go on our trip.

These were much better support than the CloudFlow. I ordered up a half size and wide width. The fit was good. I wanted these to be The shoes but my foot loved the Hoka Clifton9 best.

Great comfortable shoe but they wear out at the ankle area after 3 months. I won’t be buying another on cloud shoe.

Amazing sneakers, extremely comfortable during my whole trip to Europe, I was walking around 20 k steps every single day for 11 full days. My feet never felt tired. I highly suggest getting them if you’re looking to buy shoes for long walks. Thanks ON for making walking as comfortable and enjoyable as possible during my daily walk!

I normally wear a 10, so I ordered a 10.5 due to reviews. They fit perfectly and felt comfortable right out of the box. I did add an insert with an arch support due to my high arches. I wore these for 8 days in Europe. Most days I was walking 15,000-18,000 steps a day. These were fantastic, a great buy!

So Comfortable

I have worn On for road running since 2018. I always order 1/2 size up to give my toes extra room. Based on reviews, for this style, I ordered a full size larger. That was a mistake, as they feel a full size big. I am going to keep them, as they still feel secure when tied, and the extra room seems to be only in the toe box, which I like. I find the fit to be true to size.

Comfortable to use at work with on my feet most of the day. Not too much of an arch support but removable insoles made it convenient.

I love these shoes! I recently went and tried on a variety of athletic shoes including brooks & hokas. These shoes were perfect for my narrow foot and high arch. I have some cloud 5s that I am a size 10 in but go up a 0.5 size in these. The cloudgo I am a 10.5. I am so excited to try these out!
