Bought and walked around my house. I wanted these to work but the top lace sections cut into the top of my foot. Had to return.

These boots are great looking and I know would do the job in cold weather I am female but have worn on cloud shoes in male size when I couldn’t find female The problem I had was the top lacing hooks dug into my ankles (ouch) I did try on with high socks I do not have thick ankles — not skinny but not thick so I just don’t know Obviously a lot of people like these so it might be just me. I am going to have to return and keep looking.

I have tried OnCloud sneakers before but this was my first pair of hiking boots. I had to get mens size to be wide enough to accommodate thicker socks. Like a lot of reviews I did notice the sharp area on the tongue at the ankle area. I realized it was the way the tongue was sewn into the liner. I stretched it, moved it around a bit, wore them a bit at a time and did not lace them all the way snug. This past weekend I wore them out for a bit of hiking and the longer I wore them the better they felt. I wore them around the cabin, wore them out to shop, and going out to dinner. I feel the ankle issue has almost disappeared. The grip on these books was perfect for me (on loose dirt/gravel, a bit of snow). My feet stayed dry, and warm. I really love the blue color too. If I had not had to work so diligently on the tongue for the break-in I would have given them 5 stars for comfort. I do recommend these overall.

Cloudrock 2, Mens, Alloy In short, I love everything about this shoe, I never thought I could love a shoe this much, but in the light you can see colored bits (of recycled shoe?) that make the shoe look cheap, not premium (as the price suggests). I ordered 2 sizes to try, and they both show notable colored bits. It also barely shows on the images on the product page as specks in the band around the lower part of the shoe. I'm not saying don't use recycled materials, but at this price point, with this design, the colored specks make the shoe look like it was from a failed batch and not worth this price. Maybe just run the mixing machine the recycled bits go in for a longer time? The positives: True to size, comfortable for extended length, as waterproof as can be, and incredible style except for the colored specks. I carefully ran these under the sink faucet to see how waterproof they were. Water only came through at the gap where the tung meets the top of the shoe. This is as good as it can get since no shoe 'seals' your foot haha. The tung is continuous with the shoe through the laced section up until it meets the top, making it truly waterproof. If water makes it to the laced section though, it will sit there, so be careful when removing shoe.

This is my 4th pair of shoes from ON. I love them. I have nerve damage in my left foot from back surgery. These are the only shoes that I can where. I love them.

Husband loves them for work they keep his feet dry when it rains and they are very comfortable on the concrete he is in all day.

These boots are awesome! Light, fast and waterproof! I use them as I do deliveries. In the beginning there was a lot of biting from the laces that kinda hurt the ankles but once broken in these boots are to die for.

Perfect addition to my on cloud waterproof sneaks. Love these for the colder weather. I own an auto shop so the black on black waterproof works amazingly well.

Got these for my husband (who has back problems) for everyday activities and he is obsessed! Says they are comfortable, supportive, and that everyone should have a pair of these!

These were comfortable enough to not require a break-in period right out of the box. I was able to wear them all weekend walking over five miles a day with no complaints. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a stylish and versatile boot.

I have these boots in all Black. Great boots. I was looking for a different color, unfortunately the gray has a purple undertone. On shoes are great but their colors are strange.

I bought these for my husband to wear for work. Overall, he is happy with them. They are lightweight and he loves that they are waterproof. His only complaint is that there is a hard piece that runs both of his interior ankles. We are trying to find ways to pad them so he can wear them comfortably.

I normally wear a 10 in On but this boot runs very large. Size down!

Too tight on the ankles

The shoes were beyond comfortable, but the ankle support caused blisters. I'm in LE and was looking for a boot/shoe that I could wear on shift, where I am either standing for long periods of time, or walking. I love ON, but sadly, by the end of my shift I had blisters around my ankle. Other than that, they were so very comfortable. Had it not been for the ankle support, I'd be keeping them - they've been returned.

I bought these boots about a month ago as a first responder in need of reliable footwear. Unfortunately, they haven’t been comfortable for me, and I wish I had chosen a different brand for the job.

This shoes are extremely uncomfortable, cheap made and make your feet look small a ridiculous... I really don't understand what's the hype with On shoes, they are nothing special, very subprime, stay with New Balance, Asics and specially Hoka...

Purchased these for a trip to Alaska. They wore two gigantic blisters in both my heels after wearing them for only a couple of hours. So terrible I ended up throwing them out when I returned home. This is the second ON product that has been pretty bad. Don't think I will purchase ON products any more.
