This is the first pair of Hokas I am thoroughly disappointed in. I sincerely hope this is not true for the full brand. They are made from very light weight materials that cannot withstand indoor walking. I have worn them indoors three times for 45 minutes and the support is completely gone. The uppers feel like my foot will pop through with little force such as dragging a toe. They definitely not able to withstand outdoor trail walking. Too soft for road walking and not supportive. Reminds me of a generic knockoff. Too bad!!

I have flat feet and my feet hurt during high impact aerobics, so I pick my workout shoes carefully. Hoka has never disappointed. These shoes offer great cushioning, great arch and heel support, while not being too high raised. The fit is perfect - true to size. The different colors are a plus.

I live in the country and hike in the hills. I love how much tread is in the soles and can trust I won't skid when going down hill. They also fit me perfectly.

Love these trail shoes!! Definitely going to buy more

Almost every day for my morning walks

Have worn these shoes just a few times, but they are so comfy! Day 1 wear was an hour-long Pickleball game with friends and the shoes were grippy and comfortable (even in the heat). The second adventure was a 3 mile hike. The shoes are wide enough for my wide feet, and have no rubbing spots. Love them!

My Wife and I bought these sneakers as we were planning a trip to hike in the Grand Canyon. I got the SpeedGoat 5 GTX in Black and she wanted something a little more fashionable so she got the Torrent 3 in Grey/green. We hiked Bright Angel Trail on Saturday, going all the way down to the Gardens and then back up. It was over 9 miles and 3,000 feet in elevation! We were like Zombies the last mile back up, but we made it! Both sneakers gripped the dusty rocks like we had octopus on our feet. Not to mention the super cushioning and bounce to our step. My wife has a Vertigo and a fear of heights so there were some sections where she hugged the edge of the canyon. But without the comfort of knowing her shoes weren't going to slide and lose her grip, she was confident in making the trek! She had to mention at least 20 times how great the sneakers gripped the trail. We hiked in Sedona the next day (more casual, less stressful) but again after 25,000+ steps and amazing views (Devils Bridge/Birthing cave) our feet felt refreshed...our calves, not so much !! These Hoka's are definitely the required gear for the trails....(and we saw many others on folks we passed along the way) Well Done Hoka Family!!

LOVE THESE! I play golf inmy Torrent 3's with nothing but a positive response from them. I play several times per week and they are my go to Golf shoes. Very comfortable for 18 holes.

2 disclaimers - I have ALWAYS loved the Torrent line. Torrent 1 was great, Torrent 2, okay, Torrent 3 - I'm back on the Torrent wagon. I also am not a trail runner - I buy trail shoes because I do walk a lot on uneven surfaces and I'm also clumsy and fall a lot so I prefer a shoe with a sturdy and grippy tread. This is it and the treat is grippier than past versions. I got mine in the mock orange and love the color, the tongue, just the whole shoe works for me!

I bought these shoes and they fit really well and were comfortable the first second I put them on. I've walked miles and miles in them and they are still as comfortable as the first day.

These are the most comfortable Hoka's I've had so far! I have MS and it's important to have a good shoe. Love this one. It's comfy but sturdy.

I spend a lot of time on my feet, these shoes killed my heels. I have lower back pain after being on my feet for several hours after wearing these. I do not recommend

Having run thousands of kms in almost every brand of shoe there is, the HOKA Torrent is the ONLY shoe I will run trails in now. They're super grippy and as a heavy runner, they have enough cushion to protect my feet from stress fractures on long runs but still have the minimum drop and receptivity to run technical trails without fear of breaking an ankle. Don't ever discontinue this style!

These shoes are the right amount of cushion. I stand and walk all day and sometimes the shoes made for that have too much cushion and end up hurting my feet more so I choose these and they have been amazing at work.
