I have awful bunions that make wearing almost any hiking boot uncomfortable but these trail running/hiking boots fit like running shoes but have the ankle support and hiking treads I need. They are dreamy comfortable which is something I can rarely say. They have also proven to water-proof and look great (I got the all black ones.) I had to get size Men's 9 (usually wear 8.5) to have more room in the toe box. I returned the 8.5's.

I friend at work (the post office) reccommended Hoka shoes. What I used to wear were comfortable but my feet and legs hurt after work. I walk between 12 and 14 miles daily. After the first day of wearing the Speedgoat shoes, the difference was felt immediately. Nothing but Hokas shoes for me.

Been walking on these feet 44 years now. They've never found a shoe they've liked until now. Absolutely confident I'll never buy anything but Hoka footwear for my feet again. Fantastic product.

I've had these for less than a month now but have used them almost every day for trail running and a few camping/hiking trips as well as for everyday use. They're incredibly comfortable and supportive and I've had no problems yet.

I've owned two pair so far and hands down, the best shoes for rugged terrain to an afternoon stroll with the dog. I really hope Hoka never discontinues this line! They're light but supportive; vibrum sole keeps them lasting for the long haul. The only issue I've had is over time, the material wears most where the foot flexes on the anterior side of the shoe and eventually breaks through. Still worth it, though. At first, I wasn't so sure about the Gortex lining. I'm here to say I wouldn't have them any other way - breathable as if it wasn't Gortex, but offers the H20 protection that's come in handy many times.

I wear them to work out in the gym they are ideal and support my ankles

I like the rocket sole

Needs a loop in the back to help pull the shoe one. A little hard to put this clunky shoe on.

When traveling quickly over rough, wet, and rocky trails, the Speedgoat 5 Mid GPX performed well! I appreciated the extra ankle support offered by this model. It may be a little wider than usual in the toe box, which required me to move to a midweight sock for comfort.

I use them for work I'm a bus driver they're comfortable but too narrow

Great cushion in the bottom of your feet but too narrow for my feet I just wish they came in wider width

I got these for the ankle support when running outside and they have been great. I feel these would be great for lite hiking as well.

Fits well, my knees don't hurt nearly as much. They are lightweight

The speed goat is a very comfortable shoe, with great support for my feet. I wore all day, and had no foot pain. On the trail they have good grip and handle any light to medium hiking you throw at them. I did not do any difficult or technical hikes with them yet.

I bought these because I have neuropathy. They are like walking on clouds. It did take a few tries to find the right fit and comfort level. Different models fit and feel different in the same size. Once I found the right combination, I highly recommend the brand!

Comfortable, cushiony and springy on the brick sidewalks of Beantown. Stylish with dress pants and jeans alike. It's going to be a great Fall!

Made the pain in my right foot feel better doesn't hurt as bad.

I walk 12 to 15 miles a day on concrete and this shoes exceed any shoe I have purchased in the past . Will not buy any other shoe from now on .

I bought these for my husband who is picky about shoes. We will use them for hiking in Europe in possibly rainy conditions. He likes the way they fit and is pleased.
