I have problem feet - plantar fasciitis, hallux rigidus, hammertoes. I'm constantly on the search for comfortable yet supportive shoes. I've read lots of positive reviews of the other styles of Hoka sandals but they've never worked for me because they're too wide for my narrower foot and not adjustable. I received an email about the launch of this adjustable Hoka sandal and thought I'd give it a try considering Hoka offer a 30-day guarantee. I received them yesterday and am in Heaven! They looked way too big in the box but fit perfectly when I actually tried them on. I am also able to adjust them to fit my narrower foot perfectly. I love the lip that goes around the entire edge of the sandal because it keeps your foot from sliding off of the sandal. Overall, these are a bit hit for me and I don't say that about a lot of other sandals. Give these a try if you have problem feet.

I wish they were more attractive. I would love them in brown leather to wear with jeans. So super comfortable. I want to wear them everyday but they are very unattractive with most outfits. PS. I am not a runner. I do not need recovery. I wear them because of foot and back pain and they are the perfect fit and very stable.

For so many years I have worn Merrill slides as my in house slipper because I have moderately severe rheumatoid arthritis. The bottom of my feet are very painful.. This new slide is now my replacement for Merrill because it is like walking on marshmallows. I also like how Hoka makes all their shoes so stable. Great for older people who need this. And last, love your many color selections always!!!

To be honest, I was turned off by the price compared to the ora recovery sandals. I had paid 50 , now they're 55, for the orginal Ora's. What makes these better is the ability to tighten or loosen to have the perfect fit. That is a HUGE improvement.

Ordered this as a replacement for my first Hoka recovery slip-on sandals that I worship and have worn into oblivion. The soft cushion design of the sole is still magical and remains my foot-ware of choice on our hardwood floors. I was disappointed in this new model which is, well, ordinary, and not at all plush. I'm returning them.

These are more true to size, more comfortable and I love that you can adjustment them. The previous style I found was too big even though it was correct size. I recommend.

Man, some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned and would recommend them to anyone. ONE STAR off the board because the white ones with the colored stripes look cool in the photos but look cheap and tacky in person - buy ANY other color

Fantastic. The texture on the footbed is ok barefoot, but I prefer these with socks-which is great because they are adjustable. I bought these as house shoes. I wear Hoka Arahi mostly (and Clifton-but prefer the support of the Arahi as I pronate). I really like these. The regular Ora feels better barefoot to me because it’s smooth. The regular Ora has a little more arch support and feels like there is less drop, so I almost lean back into the heel a smidge when standing still. If you prefer to have a little more drop feel to help ankle issues, these may be better for you. They aren’t the cutest, but that’s not their function. I like these better than my Birkenstocks for comfort and support, since the cork compresses on Birks over time and you loose that support. I’m a woman’s size 8.5 and bought the women’s 8/men’s 6 and they fit fine.

I bought my first pair of Hoka tennis shoes over a month ago. They're amazing, so I had to try the slides. Equally amazing! Comfiest pair of slides I've ever owned but still stylish! Hoka has won my heart, and my feet.

I've tried every well-made slide from reputable companies over the years. The HOKA Ora Luxe is the most comfortable, balanced pair yet. I purchased the white multi colored for a tropical life and will always have a pair and a spare. Five out of five stars.

Love Hoka, so I was excited to try these! They didn't disappoint! They are comfortable, but not as "squishy" as my Hoka running shoes, a bit firmer. I am a size 9 women's and they fit perfectly. I like to do a 9.5 but they are either a 9 or 10, so I opted for the 9. These do not disappoint and I hope this helps your decision.

Sizing was difficult. 8 was too small but 9 was too large. The footbed is very hard with ridges under the toes. The horizontal ridge under the big toe didn’t fall in the right area so it was very painful. Disappointing since I was looking for an adjustable and supportive slide for my plantar fasciitis.

I much prefer the hoka recovery slide! It helped my bad knee like nothing else has. I thought adjustable straps would be a step up, but the sole bed texture on this slide felt slippery, and the last thing I want if for the slide to fly off my foot when walking!

Comfortable, stable and good support. I usually order size 6 because I’m a 5 1/2 but ordered the 5 - perfect fit for me. No knee pain after doing home chores!

These shoes are remarkable. If anyone has aching feet, on any level, you'll want to get these. They're adjustable too, so you don't have to worry about width issues. Just focus on length. Love them! I have multiple pairs in multiple colors. One excellent purchase.

I bought my first of Ora Luxe last summer. My husband and I went for a two week trip over to Bologna and Florence, Italy. With the exception of four hours of my trip when we were touring the Basilica and I had to wear closed-toed shoes, I wore nothing other than Ora Luxe sandals. The absolute most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I love them so much that I own five pairs. I love the color assortment and combination, the fit is exceptionally right on, and the field is like walking on a pillow top mattress. The one thing I have learned is that if they are left outside or left in your car, when it is hot outside, they will shrink. My cure for this expensive mistake was to get the shoe hot again like putting it in the dryer for a few minutes and then bending it back-and-forth and kind of stretching it out along the seams to get it back to its regular size. Obviously it's not that big of a deal as I purchased four more pairs since then.

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable I forget I have them on. I injured my ham string and was concerned about sandals for the summer. These are wonderful They do run large I purchased a W9 but ending up exchanging for a W8

I initially questioned the price point for these shoes. However, I've worn Hokas off and on over the years. I now have two pair of Gaviota 5's. They changed my excersise life. I ordered the Ora Luxe shoe and have been in love since! I threw out my other sandals, house shoes, flip flop, etc. The Ora Luxe shoes are so comfortable and accommodating I don't want to take them off. The design, especially the insole invigorates my feet with every step. Do not hesitate. Order these shoes now and don't forget to measure your feet with a ruler to get a true size. Gerald

I needed an open-backed sandal that was more solid than a flip flop and less likely to fall off. These are great. If I could make any improvements, they would be to not make the toe bumps quite as prominent (they are soft, though) and also to give a little more lift in the heel area to support the Achilles tendon. The color is described as wheat but I think of it as peanut butter.

granted, they are not exactly the most stylish of footwear, but man are they comfortable! was able to walk for miles while on vacation and I am someone who can't walk without my custom orthotics. Wish they had nicer color options and a little more style- I would live in them!

Fit is true to size. I was dealing with heel pain due to pregnancy. Bought these to wear around the house and they've made a HUGE difference. Might order a second pair, I love them so much!
