The size is incorrect . I ordered 8.5 . Shoes feels like a size 9

Runs 0.5 bigger of my size

Good shoe though didn't like it so much in person

I love the shoe but it is half to a full size larger than normal

Shoe was very comfortable but had quality issues with the rivets.

The are too big . I wear a size 13 what they sent me was not a 13.. it's much bigger. A 12 -1/2 or even a 12 would've fit me in this shoe and or brand.

I love the style, cushioning. However the seam at the top of the heal cuts my foot. Any ideas on how to fix? Can I return/exchange them?

I this exact shoe in two other colors unfortunately this navy pair fits a bit different rubbing a blister on the Tom of my foot.

Beautiful shoe but doesn't fit and returns are not allowed.

Cheap leather , been buying for years and this may be the cheaply made shoe ever bought from them. sole is fine . insole is par but leather upper is like a kid's moccasin from a souvenir shop.

Not happy with the fit and the durability. The sole is showing stress marks in the cushion after one use. Love the style of the shoe.

These are great looking boat shoes. I wish they worked for my feet but they don't. Too narrow, and while the sole is nice, the material around the foot isn't all that comfortable.

This is a nice shoe, but the design of the interior/upper foot and use of synthetic materials makes wearing without socks terribly uncomfortable

Comfortable but shoes need to be less bulky.

I like the shoe but I ordered a light grey/stormcloud and I got a very dark brown/coffe colored shoe. Not at all like the picture. Was wondering if it was miss marked?

Looks amazing. I wear size 9 All day but this was not fitting right. I wore it once and lost some skin from the heel. Was not impressed even though it looks amazing

Boat shoe should feel comfortable when worn without socks. This causes blisters every time. Horrible shoe.

Ordered an 11.5, and they are WAY too big compared to my current Cole Haan 11.5. The sizing is way off such that the new ones look more like a 12-12.5. Final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. I'll definitely not be purchasing from them again.

They were at least 1 size too large vs what the label said.

It is not comfortable, I have worn Cole Haan shoes for years, this is the first pair that rubs uncomfortably on the back of my foot.

These shoes are very uncomfortable to walk in. Feels like you're walking over a bunch of sticks or thin pieces of wood. I think it's the design of the sole. I am also disappointed in the sizing. It is not the same as my other Cole Haans.
