Size is widely variable. I've had these before, in the same size, and these are quite short.

Awful. The legs felt fine but the panty was ridiculous. The panty seemed like it had no elastic in the waist and they slid down as I walked. Fortunately I always have an extra pair in my work bag so I could change. I ended up throwing these away. What a waste of money. Would like my L'eggs Active Support back. They were great!!!!

I ordered these thinking they were regular pantyhose. When I received them, discovered they were support pantyhose. I am returning them.
