The first coat I received was a petite XL. I ordered a size 8! This second coat was the right size but was used! The buttons were re-sewn and hard to button up. Some of the stitching was worn and loose. It came so wrinkled. I believe it was from the previous owner wearing it not just from being packed. I hung it up for weeks hoping the wrinkles would fall out and they did not. This is the third time this year I have purchased a used or damaged item from Zappos.

Classic! A coat I will love for years!

I love his coat and so glad I bought it! I’ve be been looking for one like this for a while. It’s so soft and warm and looks great on. I bought a size 2 and the sleeves are a little long (story if my life) but I am only 5’2”.

Size is true to fit. I am 5’6” 150 lb. Medium fit perfectly. Fit not boxy but not totally fitted either. Very attractive coat. Soft material. Can’t wait to wear it this winter.

Size is perfect. Impeccable quality. Can not believe I got this at this price. The fabric is luxurious and they style is timeless.

This coat is soft and comfortable. The only complaint would be that the color is very different than the picture. It is much lighter in color. I like it but would have preferred the darker shade as the photo shows.

Beautiful lining, true to size. For me , the color was a bit too brown for the camel coat I was looking for. Simply a taste thing!

I purchased this coat for an upcoming winter trip to New York. Shipping was super fast and arrived on time. The coast is beautiful and soft. Construction and quality are optimal. It has a very silky lining which adds warmth and ease of putting on and off. The color is very classic and it looks great with several of my wool scarves. I’m very excited to have this coat for my trip. However it did arrive with a lot of wrinkles which will have to be steamed out, but I suppose that is expected. The one downside to this coat is that it has a very small snag in the cashmere fabric right over the chest. It is almost undetectable. I searched the entire coat over after I noticed it to check if it was a common theme for the fabric and it is the only one, almost as though a box cutter or something gave it a tiny slice. If I had been purchasing it in a box store and noticed it I would have selected a different coat without the defect. I’m worried that with time it will open up more. I wanted to return it. I called customer service and had the most helpful and friendly representative help me figure out if they had another coat in my size that would arrive in time for my trip. Unfortunately the shipment would arrive after my departure. I decided to keep the coat because it is perfect for this trip and I don’t have time to shop around. However, because it is an expensive coat and one that should not be sold at the price if it has a defect, I requested a discount refund, which was promised and I am satisfied with my purchase. It really is a lovely coat and fits me well. The slight contouring in the seams make it flattering, and not at all boxy. For reference I am usually a size 10 in dresses and I ordered a size 10. My waist is 30 inches and my chest 38.

Definitely not Camel or like the picture, but a light beige or taupe. Fit is good with room for under clothing like a sweater. Not fitted but not boxy. Cant beat the quality for the price. Very soft.

It came in small for it's stated size. The material was extremely stiff to the touch. It's style was interesting however. I am keeping it.

Very nice and elegant coat, however it arrived very wrinkled in a plastic bag. I am hoping the wrinkles will loosen up.

I ordered a size 10 but like another review stated, I too was sent a petite XL. The coat is enormous, what is going on?! I’d exchange it for an 8 but I’m afraid Zappos will still send a petite XL like the other reviewer received.
