Fit well, doesn't ride, but wished they didn't tatter to quickly in the wash and dry cycle.

This is the second batch that I have purchased, the first a couple of years ago. I love them because they are comfortable, don't ride up, pretty invisible under clothing, and are pretty. My only complaint is that the elastic tends to fray and/or clump after washing. You can still wear them but it is unsightly. I snip the frays and clumps and they are once again pretty and wearable.

I am very happy with these Illumination String Bikini underwear, they are comfortable. They fit true to size and they don't ride up. I bought them in 4 colors!

I've been buying this style for years and like to upgrade with the new colors and prints. I've noticed with my last 2 orders that after wearing 2-3 times, little fibers of elastic start fraying around the string area over your hip. I have some older ones that don't do this even though the newer ones do. Not sure what has changed.

I started wearing these about 12 years ago. I loved the classic look of a string bikini. Lots of colors and prints to choose from. Price was a deal to compared to other brands of panties. They hold up over time. Some times there inconsistent on how they fit , they will be kinda small. They will start to wedge up on me during the day but the material is so soft and silky it doesn't even bug me or I just don't mind it. They definitely leave a visible panty line through your pants. I always look forward to wearing them, I think everyone should have a couple pairs in there pantie drawer.

I love these bikini's I have been wearing them for decades. ONLY issue is sometimes certain pairs run a little smaller than others!

I've been wearing these for years. My son has help me with laundry many times. He asked for some of his own. We went shopping he picked out 6 pairs and loves them. That's all he wears now.

I've been wearing this brand/style for years. I ordered the same size as I currently have. The new ones feel a bit snug.

These underwear fit great and look cute on. I've been buying them for years and I'd give them five stars except that they do tend to pill in what I consider to be too short a time.

Seems the same but the stiching in seams is a bit more bulky. These are my favorite I just hope they dont keep changing them.

Comfortable, fits well and panty does not peek out wearing low cut jeans or shorts but most colors out of stock.

Quality is not as great as before, gets stringy around side bands, prior used to be perfect for several years

I've had a pair of these panties for a few years & I LOVED the fit. They came up higher, evidently more so than the ones I just purchased, which fit lower on the torso. I almost feel, as with so many other clothing favorites; changes are being made to save fabric/money??? All I can say is they do NOT fit the same or as comfortable as my previous ones (that were the same style & number).

Bought a size 7 should have gotten a size 8 other than that I love every thing about them. I will try a size 8 to see if they will fit me better

I have been wearing these for years. The newer ones shred the elastic way sooner than in the past. I never put mine in a dryer. Has the quality declined?

I have been wearing these panties for over 20 years and the sizing gets reduced each time I buy them. My shape has not changed that much. I guess I'll need to go up another size.

I wanted all white. They don't sell them this way. The dark color is too dark

Worn these for years. The fabric seems to have changed to a lower quality fabric.

I order the wrong size. They'll just sit in her dresser. Maybe next time.

I've worn Illuminations for many, many years and loved them. However, I've discovered that they're now making the same sizes smaller. I'm the same weight and shape as I was the last time I purchased them, but now the same size (8 for me) is now noticeably smaller. When I line up the edges and compare my most recently purchased size 8s with the previous size 8s I bought, the newer are quite a bit smaller. I tested to see if they just expand with use or laundering, but it's been 7 months and the newer ones are still smaller than the older ones. Reminds me of the food industry, where so many companies are cutting their costs by subtly shrinking what used to be standard can, jar and box sizes, keeping the prices the same, and hoping consumers don't notice. Unfortunately I now have a bunch of Illuminations that are smaller than I'd like, and for future purchases I'll have to change from size 8 to 9, which is Plus and therefore much less available from retailers and on this website. Annoying and a hassle. I would have preferred that they'd left the sizes the same and raised the prices if they needed to.

The quality of your underwear isn't as good as it once was, the elastic in the panties frays after a few washes and it fades. The bras' seam comes apart at the top of the cups. I'm disappointed because I like the feel of the fabric and the fit.

Illuminations String Bikini panties are the only panties I've purchased for many, many years. They're fabulous fit, highest quality. But my only complaint has always been this: Why are the cutest colors and patterns ONLY available for customers who wear regular sizes?? How come your plus size customers only get to choose from boring, solid primary colors? Nothing cute, nothing colorful. Why is that? NOT FAIR VANITY FAIR!! Otherwise, they're the best panties I've ever owned.

Nice but elastic is already ripping around waistband.

I have worn these for years. The 10 year old ones have held up better than the 2 year old ones. All of the elastic creeps down my legs and i cut it off and now they are all baggy
