These shoes have a cool western style heel that either you love or hate. (I think it's terrific!) It has a little pad built in just behind the toes so your foot doesn't slide forward and out of the front of the shoe. I personally love this shoe and even though I don't feel it will work as "travel walk around all day" shoe, it matches my clothing, is handsome and very comfortable. A keeper! I ended up buying a 7 and I generally purchase 7-7 1/2.

These shoes are gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. Normally, I wear a 9.5, but it was a smidge too big so I exchanged for a 9 and they fit perfectly. They are incredibly well made and are perfect for that in-between weather of warming up but still cool in the evening. They look great dressed up and casual with jeans - these are my new go-to shoes!!!

These are so comfortable, but also completely adorable. I felt terrific wearing them, and I wore them for HOURS on day 1 -- no blisters! Will be wearing them all summer long.

The Tapioca Grey color is more of a bone/light beige than grey. However, it is a good neutral color.

The length was good but the overall fit around my foot was loose and gapped. I was disappointed because they were really comfy and cute.

When I received the sandals, opened the box and found that they had obviously been returned (strap unbuckled), I didn't take that as a good sign. While the sandal is beautiful and buttery soft, the width seemed a little narrow. My foot slid into place, but it was not a comfortable feel. Sadly, I will be returning them. As for the "clunky" heel that was commented on, it wasn't unattractive. The heel just made it dressy, but not a formal-style shoe.

I am a 7 to 7 ½ depending on the shoe. I ordered these in 7 ½ in black. Probably could have gone with a 7, but the larger size is fine. Very comfortable out of the box. I'm pleased with these. I think the heel is more flattering than other stacked heel sandals I own.

This shoe was super comfortable initially, but there is an invisible seam sewn into the back side of the top of the shoe that hits right on your big toe. For me, this was a disaster and within a couple hours of wearing them (standing on my feet the whole time admittedly) I had two bleeding blisters, one on each foot. A couple band-aids later I was ok and I will definitely keep them and wear again, this time making sure the band-aids are in place before I put them on. The seam feels like a bad design flaw. Otherwise, these shoes were great.

These shoes are so comfortable right out of the box. The leather is soft and there are no hot spots or places that rubbed on my foot. Even with the moderate heel, they are super easy to walk in. I plan to wear them with lots of different summer outfits, including pants, dressy shorts, and dresses. Good for work, after work, and casual. Sooo happy with this purchase!

Fits true to size. Sofft shoes are very comfortable and the leather upper are soft. A beautiful Pale Olive color. I simply luv it! Zappos transaction were very smooth and customer service is just excellent.

Stylish! Comfy on try-on. Will see how it holds up on cold office floor. Perfect for warmer weather business casual attire.

A bit heavy. It’s chunky, clunky, cowboy boot heels are noticeable. But I really like this sandal for the color and style. Olive is a big color this season.

These sandals are so cute and they fit true to size. Unfortunately, I am returning them because there are 2 issues and I don't see an easy way to get my question answered about whether these are design flaws or the shows are damaged in some way. 1. The foot bed has a break in between where the ball of the foot is and the toes begin. At first, I thought I had some sand or something on the bottom of my foot because it felt weird. I discovered that this was the actual shoe. 2. Uponj further inspection (because I really like these sandles) I noticed a tiny break in the heel area where there's stitching. I could see that the stitching was not secure and would likely cause a problem in the future. These shoes are going back.

I love these! They fit perfectly (size 6) and weren’t gappy anywhere. Very comfortable the first time I wore them for several hours with no rubbing. I would purchase in another color and definitely recommend them.

The shoe is awesome. It took me 3 times with 2 other shoes to get the size right but this one is perfect.

These shoes felt perfectly comfortable when first put on. The materials are very soft. I did feel one seam on the base of the footbed, but have worn them and I never noticed it / there was no discomfort. The heel looks a bit like a cowboy boot/ roper heel which may be a trend. It wouldn't be my 1st choice but it doesn't really bother me and I'm thrilled otherwise with the look, feel, fit, heel height, color. So happy to have found them.

Beautiful soft leather and good looking shoe. However for someone over 50 with minor feet/balance issues the heel was clunky & heavy. I selected another shoe that felt supportive and easier to walk in.

These are pretty comfy, stylish heels. I look forward to wearing them this summer!

I haven't worn heels in years, because they generally have no foot support or hurt my back. These heels are pretty high, but easy to wear given the stacked heel and decent arch support -- as well as good support around the foot. Better yet, they are really stylish. I got the beige suede to wear with a dress, but these would look really cute with skinny jeans. Got lots of compliments the first time I wore them. Plus they make my foot look smaller.

I love these shoes and bought them in the black and the stone suede color. Perfect height and super comfortable!
