neither one or the other. i'm a die hard lowa fan. i was hoping for a cuter walking shoe, but the uppers are too reminiscent of a hiker that are attached to more of a tenny sole. returning this pair.

I love my LOWA boots that I bought eleven years ago. The Malta boot was so disappointing that I didn't even try on the left boot. The tow box is narrower than I anticipated. And the support was not the same as older models. The arch support they provided was thin, flimsy rubbish. In a more expensive boot I expect great arch support, good shock absorption, and a serviceable insole. LOWA did not deliver with this pair.
The lilac color lining was a little odd, and the white sole made them look like sneakers.
