Super cute, retro sneaker look. They remind me of Keds, Vans, or Chuck Taylors, but with much better arch and heel support (crucial for my plantar fasciitis). I like that they make my feet look smaller (I have long feet on a petite body), and I'm looking forward to wearing them with shorts, capris and skirts. I haven't worn them outside yet, but I'm hoping they will be comfortable enough for all-day wear while sightseeing on vacation. Based on other reviews, I ordered a half size larger than my usual size. The larger size accommodates my bunions, but I can still tie the laces tight enough to keep my narrow heel from slipping out. I think I could have ordered my usual size if these shoes came in wide width.

I measure an 8.5 in most shoes but purchased a 9 and it is perfect. These are so cute and comfy. Great purchase. I think this style is more comfortable than the pair of Plim Soul that I have. People with a high volume foot might not like these, the toe box is not very deep. Fits me perfectly! These are great shoes and I would buy more in different colors!

My podiatrist recommended these for my metatarsalgia. She also recommended Vionic, which are comfortable – but the arch support is a bit aggressive for my almost flat feet. The Taos are perfect. I love that they look like a casual sneaker/skate shoe. When you get into the contoured and orthopedic insoles, a lot of shoes can be very matronly and clunky. The insole is also removable, so you could use it in other shoes. Plenty of room in the tow box, so it shouldn't exacerbate hammer toe. Most of their sneakers are canvas, so you’ll want to wear a sock to avoid itchies.

The quality is not very good. One shoe started to fall apart from the stitches after only 2 hours of walk around downtown.

It is true to size because I wear it with no socks and an Odor Eater insert. If you plan to wear socks or your feet are wider, I recommend you go up a 1/2 size. Arch support is moderate. The sole is stiff enough (not too flexible) which helps with my metatarsal pain (in the ball of the foot).

True to size, love the style, but these were not comfortable for me. Kind of stiff and just not enough cushion. Returning. I had high hopes for this brand but was disappointed.

Love these, comfortable, like the style, sized up, wished they would bring this style back. I like the sewn ridge around the toe and the white stripe on the side.

Bought these on recommendation from another kindergarten teacher and I love them so much already! They are super cute and incredibly comfortable. Based on reviews, I went up a half size and they fit perfectly. Just one problem - now I want a closet full of Taos sneakers!

Bought this shoe and was too small gave to a friend

I am normally a Size 6 but reviewers said to size up. So, I ordered a 6.5 and they are too long. They were well packaged and very cute.

I always size up on Taos and they fit perfect! These are worth the price and have good arch support. I'm done buying uncomfortable shoes. These always feel great! Love the color.

I have completely flat feet and surgical repair of one foot and ankle and I have really hard time finding comfortable supportive shoes that don't look like shoeboxes. These were great, right out of the box. I love them.

Runs half a size small

Shoe was too wide in the ankle/heal area for me. It is an attractive nicely made shoe.

Nice looking shoe but my slipped off my heels.

I love the style of this shoe and it has the arch support I need. I was so disappointed that the shoe is a little too narrow. I wish I could have tried it in a wide width but that wasn't offered.

I liked these casual sneakers. The insole is super comfortable! Unfortunately these are just a little narrow for me and are slightly too small for my size 11 feet. Had to return.
