These were not near as comfortable as I thought they would be during a 10hr ER shift at a hospital. The back of my legs were hurting so bad after the first time I wore them a whole shift.

The shoe is beautiful and might be comfortable but I'll never know since it's about 1/2 size too small and I need to return them. Maybe my feet grew, I don't know. The show also felt like it was hitting underneath my ankle a bit so they probably wouldn't have worked anyway. And unfortunately, Gravity Defyer caters to men. They only go up to an 11 in women. In men's sizes they go up to 15 including half sizes. So this company gives men 9 additional sizes to choose from compared to women! It's 2022 GDefy, get with the program.

I have very flat and over pronated feet. I have never had a pair of shoes that are comfortable until I found this shoe. They instantly felt good! I honestly can't say enough about them. A real answer to prayer. I ordered the 10.5 W, which is my normal size. My big toe barely touches the front of the shoe, but I would be afraid to order the 11. When I inserted the corrective insert, it brought my foot up slightly, so the situation improved. Additionally, the black with the tiny pink stripe actually makes my foot look shorter. I think it's an optical illusion with the tiny stripe. Highly recommend this shoe!!

I ordered a 9WW. The toe box is the widest shoe I have ever put on. It is lovely if you have very wide feet in that area. The multiple insoles are nice, and the shoe is very comfy. Unfortunately the shoe is quite wide in the heel, too. When I walked around the house to try it on, it rubbed up and down on my heel. I knew it had to go back.

I normaly take a size 8-1/2 to 9. These I take a 9-1/2. 2nd pair love them. Great in washing machine also. Just air dry.

Wow - for the price of these shoes, one would expect them to be the SAME SIZE!! The right shoe looked, and felt off, so being someone who sews, I whipped out my trusty tape measure. The right toe box was shorter and narrower (almost 1/4" narrower). The left shoe was a smidge loose, but that could be fixed. As such, I cannot give an honest opinion on size, width and arch support. What a shame, as these felt great to walk in, but I could not take the pressure on the toenail of my right foot. Going back. If the company can provide me with 2 shoes the same size, I would give them another try.

custom orthotics fit great, two optional soles for slippage and one for support, BUT the toe is really really short, going up an additional size ,wouldl make the shoe too big .

Overall, I’m giving these shoes “5” stars. Toe box accommodates an old bunion surgery that now has arthritis. They came with additional insoles which I may try because they look cushy. Shoes are cute and I love the color.

I own a pair that are the same size (7) and they are too narrow. I bought these because they are WW. I thought the extra width would be perfect. However, they are the exact size when I compare the two together. In other words, the company sells the same shoe size under two different widths. The regular width and the WW width are the SAME. Ugh!

These sneakers are great if you have any foot issues. They allow me to walk pain-free even though I have Hallux Limitus. For a supportive sneaker they are surprisingly 'normal' looking. The size is true to fit and they are very comfortable. The rocker sole really helps when wearing them around town and for longer periods of time. Glad I bought them.

I really wanted to like these shoes. They look good! And they felt good, too, mostly. My little toes were squished, though. I need a really wide toe box, and these shoes curve in right where my little toes are. I tried 9.5 XW. They were nice and wide, otherwise. They just curve in a bad spot for my toes.

I really wanted these to be the solution however I thought the uppers felt very stiff and the toe box was too "oval" resulting in compressed toes even though I ordered the extra wide. For extra wide shoes, the laces were too short.

When I first put these on, felt like the frankenstein monster. This is a big thick shoe. But surprisingly lightweight. They are very comfortable and have room for my additional arch supports. It's a strange feeling at first but feels like walking on a cushion of air.

This shoe has 3 different insoles. I took off the original and used the two left together. Snug, but still omfortable. I may try trem with just the thick one alone. But I am please with the security, and support. Also like the mountains on the sides.

I wanted to love these. I used my own custom orthotic in the shoe. 9.5 D width. My heel was slipping so I added the flat cushion that was provided and my toes were just pinched in the toe box. Not sure if it would have been better to order the EE width or not. I'm returning and will order something else..

The shoe felt heavy and tight in the toe box. I usually wear a 7 1/2 or 8. The 8 was tight in the toe box.

These shoes are my favorites but the sizing is not good. I have two pair from some years ago.......I ordered the blue pair in size 9 as that's what my present pair is. Very small. In the past it was related to the color of shoe. Now they all seem to run small so I will try to exchange for a much larger size. Very frustrating. The sizing DID say to order a half or full size up but I thought I was smart and ordered the size I have in that color. Will try again when I get refunded.

I loved this shoe....however too short. I wear an 11 but in this shoe needed next size up. But unfortunately, the largest size they offer is an 11. Perhaps they will offer bigger sizes in the future. Please!

I have recently ordered several pair of athletic shoes for walking to try out. I suffer from gout, plantar fasciitis and tendonitis. These felt the best. They have a higher heel platform which is what I need. I do remove the insoles and use my own supports which I do with every pair of shoes i buy. They feel great and are so attractive. This is my second pair of gravity defyers to buy.

This is a well made shoe with multiple insoles of different thicknesses to pick from. Unfortunately with feet and knee issues these are not the right shoe for me. The manufacturer does recommend wearing for short amount of time & slowly increase as you get used to them. Just not for me!

I must have tried more than 50 pairs of shoes on for over three years and finally I've found my prince! The back of the shoe doesn't rub on my Achilles tendon, they're nice and wide for my wide feet, and they provide really great support for my plantar fasciitis. I sure hope the company doesn't stop making this model like New Balance did for the models that worked so well for my feet before. Thank you, Gravity!
