I’ve purchased other Cole Haan shoes in my size and had no problems but these were so & uncomfortable. Had to return them

Too small, unusual since other Cole Haan shoes in my size have fit comfortably. Returning

My toes are not a triangle so there was no way I could wear these. So uncomfortable; returned them. Not like their other flats, way too squished. Disappointing.

I read a lot of the reviews and almost didn’t order these shoes (the sale price was amazing for Cole-Haan shoes though!) I wear a 9 and though the reviews said order up, too tight, not enough support, I thought the flats were 5 star for style, size and comfort. The style is classic, the leather soft, the memory foam insole provided the comfortable support that many more expensive flats do not. if they came in different colors, I’d purchase these shoes again.

I really wanted these to work, as I have a hard time finding ballet flats. I ordered a 10.5, and they were true to size, but I have a high instep and they dug in a bit too much across the forefoot. If you don’t have a high instep, I think they’d fit well. The heel elastic was nicely grippy without being tight. I wasn’t in love with the way they gapped out at the sides, as others have mentioned, which is because they’re cut low on the sides. A really cute shoe with a classic style, but not a good fit for me.

Comfortable slip on, suitable for the funaeral I had to attend.

Cute style, live the suede detail and bow. As comfortable as you would expect a ballet flat to be. I was really excited for this purchase but after 3 wears the front is already fraying. Not happy with quality. Going to have to return.

I thought the fit was great but the reason I returned them was because the inner tan color of the shoe could be seen from the outside at the edge. Very strange, maybe the tan part was too high or inside should have been black too? Made the shoe look very poorly made/cheap.

Perfect black flats for more formal occasions. Based on other reviews, I ordered 1/2 size up and they fit just right! I usually find ballet flats extremely uncomfortable, but these were very comfy. I had no sore spots after wearing them for 8 hours right out of the box.
