It took me 3 orders to get the right fit and I’m so glad I didn’t give up because these boots are truly exceptional. I’m tall and skinny, 5’9”, 135 lbs, size 10 feet and 14 inch calves. First I bought the Regina mahogany leather, size 10 narrow fit. These were too tight everywhere. Too tight in the foot bed and ankle and the circumference was to also tight so I returned them. Next I tried the tan suede, size 10.5 regular fit. I ordered these directed from Fairfax and Favor. These were too big in the circumference but the footbed felt better but not great. So returned these. Next, I tried the suede 11 narrow. I couldn’t believe how well these felt and fit everywhere. The footbed was very comfortable and they fit my legs great. The fist day I wore them I had them on for 13 hours with no issues. The ankle area started out stiff but eases up quickly while wearing them (less than an hour). Now they are PERFECT! I really want the leather mahogany and will now order my correct size. I sure hope this helps someone.

These boots may well be the most gorgeous boots I have EVER seen! The navy suede with bright orange leather lining, the finish on the sole and heel, the tassel zipper pull are all beautifully done. The navy is very dark. But, sadly I need to return them. I order a wide boot because I have bunions, but my 13 1/2 inch calf does not not need a wide boot top. These boots in size 10 wide, have a 16-inch calf circumference! Zappos did not include this important size information in the boot's description. If I have known, I would not have purchased them. I wish a boot maker would offer a wide foot with regular or narrow calf. But these boots are so pretty, I just want to display them. Even the box is gorgeous!

The Regina suede boot was my first purchase from Fairfax & Favour so I was unsure about which fit (narrow/regular) of boot to go for as my calf width was the top end of a narrow fit. I ordered both the narrow- and regular-fit in the UK size 6 to try, and while I could not close the narrow-fit boot to the top, the regular fit were too loose. The Fairfax & Favour team were very helpful in their advice and quick to respond to my concerns about the fit, and said that the narrow-fit boots will stretch with use, so hesitantly I did keep the narrow-fit and returned the regular-fit (the returns process was also a breeze as it comes with a pre-paid label and I received my refund within a week). With some perseverance the boots absolutely do stretch to mould around your leg so do not be defeated at first! It is evident where your money goes on this product as the quality and craftsmanship are next to none, and they give the leg a flattering and elongated appearance which I was not expecting. I also purchased the suede protector which has kept my boots looking new after being caught in torrential rain, and the boot trees, so I do recommend both also to compliment your purchase. Overall I couldnt be happier with my purchase and the friendly customer service I have received along the way. I will definitely be purchasing another pair of Regina boots in the future.

These are absolutely gorgeous and beautifully crafted boots. I am gutted to have to return them (not quite bit enough and they don't make a larger size). The price tag is fully justified. I do think they run a little small.

These are gorgeous boots, but I found them to be too snug around the foot and ankle...but I'm starting to realize my feet are heftier than the shoes I've been wearing my entire life. In the size 10, the calf was more than adequate in the wide width.

Ive had my eye on these for about 5 years after seeing them at my local country show! Lots of hard saving but I got there! I have teeny tiny legs and always struggle to get boots to fit properly, the narrow fit Reginas are amazing, super smart, so comfy! AND the perfect excuse to update the wardrobe! Huge confidence boost!

I absolutely love these boots. Been searching for a pair of black suede flat boots for ages and discovered Fairfax & Favour by chancewhere have you been all my life?!?! Wonderfully made, I get so many compliments when I wear them and super comfortable. I did have to return my usual size and size up, but once I had the correct size they were perfect. You have a new customer for life with me!!

Was a massive birthday treat from my husband and they are gorgeous the start of an obsession with F&F I feel. The quality and craftsmanship is amazing. They felt quite snug to start (boots purchased in my usual size) but once I used a shoe horn to get my foot in they fit well, they are really comfy and giving slightly. I have put they felt small as before wearing them in they were very snug, however I wouldnt go up a size as with wearing in they are perfect. F&F need to do a shoe horn to go alongside their boot trees! Also loving the tassels!

Beautiful pair of boots, really rich brown colour. The fit is great around the calf but if you have a high instep then the heeled ones are a better fit over the top of the foot!

I’m on the outer edge of the medium sizing, but I needed to exchange the M width for a W. Can’t wait to get and wear the eight size because the navy suede is GORGEOUS!

These are beautiful boots. I tried the taupe color. Things to note: the zipper is on the outside of your leg, the boots fit taller than many (all the way up to the bend in my knee), the tassel is quite long. I would try this brand and even this style again. At this time, I was in search of something a little lighter in color.

Spectacularly beautiful boot. Gorgeous. I ordered a half size larger because I need to allow for custom inserts, and the fit was perfect, without the inserts. Expensive, but worth it. The quality is so evident.

These are the most beautiful boots I've ever tried. Everything fit great except the calf, for me it was too narrow; I had to return. the description said 16" but I think its smaller than that.

Excellent! The calf is just wide enough to include thicker socks and tucked in denim, without being too roomy.

These boots are perfect. The reginas are so soft to touch, a boot of anyone's dreams. This particular item of footwear is extremely elegant and fit beautifully when on. This product will compliment any outfit. They are very well made and designed to be worn. As long as you look after them they will look after you.

I purchased these for my wife as a gift and have been very impressed with the quality and style of the boots. They fit perfectly and look fantastic.

Tight fit but I know from experience I'll be able to shape them. Stunning colour and really well made. Lovely F&F box and individual bags to store them safely. Very pleased with my purchase.

Absolutely love love these boots! Iv waited for AGES to order and they definitely did not disappoint! Having wider feet and calfs I was dubious about the fit. But they fit beautifully and I comfortably wore mine all day the first day I got them! If you want a boot to give you the wow factor buy these!

Boots are amazing

Really happy with the quality and fit of my Reginas. In the shop (didnt have my size available however the staff were very helpful letting me try my size in another colour to check the fit) the tan colour looked abit orange but when they arrived I couldnt be happier with the appearance of the boot. Highly recommend the Reginas and customer service is great!
