These shoes look great. The soles are incredibly comfortable. But they are a little tight, particularly across the top of the shoe where the "penny slot" is located. For those with high bridge you may want to size up or go with another loafer. Aside from being snug, I really like the look and build quality.

Strap over the foot makes it uncomfortable on one of the shoes

Runs very large. I have other size9 Cole Haan shoes, exchanged this 9 for an 8.5 and it was still too large. Exchange process is unnecessarily complicated. Gave up after 2nd pair. Shoe looks sharp & is very comfortable. Would recommend trying on in person before buying.

The sole started peeling off on both shoes the first day I wore them.

Was comfortable when I put it on, but the sole is poorly glued, and after wearing to work 2 days, the front of the sole has started to detach on one shoe, and the sole has started to detach near the ball of my inside foot on the other shoe. Now I have to get some shoe glue to try and repair...pretty disappointing for what should be a very high-quality shoe.

A few weeks ago I purchased a navy blue pair. The right foot fit was great, however, the other shoe was also a right shoe. All I have received so far was a return label for the shoes I purchased and no replacement pair. Went on line to repurchase and they no longer have my size. Great operation you have .

Quality of leather is poor

The stitching around the toe box is coming loose. This is fresh out of the box. Have not even worn yet.

Not comfortable. Need to buy a half size bigger

Nice shoes but extremely small. So much so, that I believe they may have been seconds. No wonder they don't allow you to return or exchange.

The leather on these is really stiff and take some breaking in, so they are not comfortable at all and due to the inflexibility of the upper, my feet go to sleep when I wear these for more than 15 minutes.

Very small for its size and company WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN. UNREAL

These things are ridiculous - no wonder they were so low priced and cannot be returned! - They basically have a super wide front and are about an inch longer than the correct size - hence they look exactly like bozo the clowns shoes.

Great looking but too narrow and unable to wear

Went through two pairs. After one week of each the thin additional rubber on the sole starts to fall off. Don't waste your money

Bought these shoes in April and started to run into issues a few months later. Soles began to separate, most predominantly on the right shoe. First time I've ever had issues with a pair of ColeHann's and I'm quite disappointed. I see there are other individuals coming across the same issue. I'd expect more from such a well-known company.

I have owned at least a dozen pairs of Cole Haan shoes in my life but this pair gave me the worst blisters I've ever had and I'm unable to wear them now.

Worst shoes I have ever owned. They might look classy and comfortable but your feet will likely be destroyed after wearing these. It takes a few days to wear in most shoes, this pair has taken over a year and I can no longer wear them because my blisters became infected.

Beautiful shoes, but the outsole is already separating, coming unglued in front part.
