I use this shoe for everything....cardio, weight training, casual. It is comfortable, plus i love the clean colors and accent of the gummy sole.

I love this style of shoe! I like to incorporate HIIT floor exercises into my Concept 2 rowing routines, and I was looking for a shoe with the lowest heel-to-toe drop without going to a 0mm drop. I have high arches, so I still need some support for floor exercises, and the minimal heel-to-toe drop fairs well on the rowing machine. The tongue is thin, which is excellent for the flexibility required of my ankles on the rowing machine. I only purchased them for the gym because they'll get beat up, but they're so sleek that I will order a pair for casual going out. Lastly, I concur with going half a size down from your normal size if you have a narrow foot, but if you have a wide foot, you will want to stick with the "true to size" rule.

This is my shoe for Les Mills classes. It gives me great stability in BodyPump and other classes. I love the fit and the fact that it does say Les Mills on the side.

I ordered this shoes for body pump classes as I needed a flat-bottomed shoe for more grip. I usually wear a 9.5/10 depending on the shoe, and I needed to size down to a 9 for the right fit. I was happy I spent the time to exchange the shoes and get the right size because they are PERFECT for my classes! I also ended up finding this color at the last minute and fell in love with it. Shoes feel great and I didn't feel like they required a break-in period.
