Even though I liked the look and feel of the shoe, I returned ECCO sport biom 2.1. The opening for your foot is too small making it very difficult to put the shoe on. I have small, narrow feet and I still struggled even though the shoe was too big. Not worth the effort.

I really like the style of these shoes, i.e. the way they look. However, they fit very tight around the ankle and the high part in the back that rubs the back of the ankle. The shoes arrived promptly the day after I ordered them. Zappos has great customer service!

I was very pleased with this purchase. The toe box is very roomy, good arch support and overall comfort. Good walking shoe.

I wasn’t sure about these when I first got them because the right shoe was great but the left shoe felt a little snug. But I broke my left foot about a year ago and everything feels a little different on that foot at first so I gave it a few days and I love these. Love the way they look love the way they feel, and I can wear them all day without any discomfort. And that’s enormous. Just bought a second pair.

These shoes are AMAZING. Fit perfect and could wear right out of the box. This was my first purchase of ECCO shoes and I recommend them to anyone who wants comfortable shoes to wear on long days. I actually bought them to wear with my dresses (yea I know, tennis shoes with a dress!) but now I know I can spend a day out on the town and be comfortable and some what stylish! I highly recommend purchasing and will be buying more!

These are immediately so comfortable. They fit my foot - narrow, 8-81/2 perfectly.

I usually wear a size 5.5 Wide. These were a 36 European which should compare to a 5.5 US. They were actually too long for my feet. I was disappointed especially because they were so cute! Unfortunately, I'm sending them back.

The attached tongue and the small entry opening make it difficult to put on the shoe, even with the much needed heal pull-on tab.

I was recommended these because I walk 5-7 miles a day and wear out soles of other shoes in less than 3 months. Advantage is the rubber soles. I like these shoes, the disadvantage is getting them on. If you have problems getting regular shoes on, these are not for you Fit firmly to your foot like aqua sock shoes. After my first 3 mile walk I got the BIGGEST blister ever. For $160, my other brand of $160 pair of shoes, I didn't once get a blister or sore feet. I am open on trying a different style from ECCO. Going to have to return them.

I've had some health issues over the last seven months that affected my feet. I bought two pair of Ecco soft 7 low boots and was very happy with the fit and the comfort. But spring is here and I now want something more seasonal so I decided to try these Ecco's Sport Biom 2.1. They are made on a completely different last from the Soft 7's and are narrow and have a much narrower and much more pointed toe box. They will not do at all. I originally bought a size 39 and it was very tight. I tried a size 40 because I really like the look of the shoe and I know Ecco makes a quality product. But the 40 is even more difficult to get on and other than being longer, the the toe box is no better. It is narrow and cramped. I could tell from the pictures that these shoes would not work, but hope springs eternal when you really like a brand.

Do not buy these unless you have the time and patience to wrestle them onto your feet with each wearing! I want to love these shoes - but it is a love/hate relationship. Once the shoes are on my feet, they are super comfortable. I dread putting them on because getting them on is an actual wrestle. With the fixed tongue, there is no way to open the shoes up to get them on. The heel gets pushed down, and the finger loop is of no use to fix this, so I'm forced to wedge my finger down the back, and this then gets stuck. It's a nightmare putting these on! I would not have kept these shoes except for the fact that I ordered them to be sent to me overseas, and the cost of return makes that unreasonable. I still love Ecco shoes - this is just a very poor design.

SUCH a weird shoe! Tiny opening - impossible to fit your foot into it, and I have a narrow foot! I understand manufacturer’s are “taking out the tongue” but this is crazy- terrible design for an athletic shoe especially.

I was unable to get my foot into the shoe because of the very small opening for a foot. I am very disappointed.

I have worn Eccos Bioms size 43 for about seven now and this is the first pair I could not evenget my foot into the shoe!
