Zappos is trying to trick people into buying these— don’t fall for it! I think they had trouble selling these men’s shoes to men, so now they are trying to list them as unisex— but they are NOT unisex shoes! These are listed as Women’s and Mens, and the sizes are listed as both on the website, but DON’T BE FOOLED! The box and the shoe are marked only in Men’s sizes. I know that I always wear a Women’s 10.5 in Merrell shoes, so that is what I ordered— a Women’s 10.5– but what arrived is listed only as a Men’s 9. Anybody who knows Merrells knows that their Women’s shoes are constructed specifically with a woman’s anatomy in mind. Zappos can’t just label these as ‘also for women’— it’s false advertising! These are much too big for me, and when I tried to contact customer service to explain that they are incorrectly listed, their online chat was horrendous. It took 5-10 minutes to get each response, and said, ‘these shoes are listed as for men and women’— which is true, on the Zappos website, but in reality you are going to get a Men’s shoe in the mail— So, if you know for sure what your Men’s size is, go ahead and try it. Otherwise, you will be disappointed that you were tricked into getting a pair of shoes that they clearly can’t sell to Men and just relabeled as unisex. I will not be supporting Zappos anymore at all. There are lots of other places where you can get reliable and easy returns for issues like this. And their prices here are not as competitive as they used to be. I am really shocked Zappos wouldn’t do anything to remedy this.

I wear a Merrell women's 7.5. My first two orders were a MENS 7.5 / women's 9.0. Then I ordered a a women's 7.5 (don't remember what size came, it was way too big) and my final - and last - pair ordered was a women's 7.0, which came as a MENS 5.5/women's 7.0, which was still at least a size too big. I really wanted these shoes to work. I'm giving up at this point.

These shoes were super comfortable and I love the slip on feature.

I too ordered women's 9.5 and received men's 9.5. Upon pulling up my order today to start the return process it appears they have fixed the problem.

I ordered a woman's shoe and received a man's shoe. I think there is a problem with the website and these shoes are not labeled correctly

I ordered these in a Women’s size 9, medium. The shoe was way too big and will be returned. I tried ordering a smaller size (women’s 8.5), but the shoe put in my cart was a size 7. These are Men’s shoes incorrectly listed as Women’s. Very disappointed and frustrated that I wasted so much time on this. Wish Merrell would make them in Women’s sizes!!!!!

Unhappy with performance—in moderate rain, the shoes leak through the top.

I love the Merrell Jungle Moc for comfort and it is great for walking and for wearing barefoot. However this adds some style for spring and summer. Cute shoe and comfortable.

I wear & love my other Merrell shoes. I wear & have a Women’s US size 12. I don’t wear men’s shoes as they overall fo not fit me. The sizing on these shoes appear to be some kind of hybrid men’s and women’s sizing. The order showed the women’s size along with the men’s size for this shoe. These were way too wide and they were too long. I could fit two fingers in the back of the shoe. The shoes are super cute so I am going to order down and hope for the best. If they do not fit correctly, I will return them.

Fit was slightly large, but nice and roomy in the toe box true to the brand. I really wanted to love these shoes, as they would be a nice water-repellent walking option, however, the elastic tongue was too tight and cut into the top of my foot (and I do not have a high arch). Too bad. Fun color, great style, great support, but not at all comfortable! So disappointing for this typically great brand.

Feels like walking with wooden boards strapped to your feet. Not comfortable but cute.

The shoes are too big. I ordered women size 7. I received shoe in MEN size 5.5 with EUR 38.5. I have a Merrell Jungle MOC ( the solid color) in women size 7 and they fit me fine. With the final sale. I cannot return to get the replacement. Beware!!

This is a great shoe. I am a size 10 1/2 women’s and the Men’s 9 fits perfectly. The quality is excellent, everyone else thinks they are cool too! Merril’s is a great brand and these shoes confirm that.

Was really excited to find these hiker type shoes. Easy on and off and super comfortable!

These shoes/boots added a bit of whimsy to my typical black and navy winter wardrobe. I have flat feet so I used my own orthotics.

A men’s size 8 fits a woman’s size 9 ish. Real colorful and fun to wear. The last pair of these I had were boring brown so glad I found these!

Love these shoes! Women’s size 9 and men’s 8 fit perfect. They seem more narrow than a similar pair I had a few years ago. The colors were the reason I got them, so tired of boring colored shoes.

Nice shoes, I didn’t realize the shoes were for a specific group of people.

At first, I thought these might be a little large, as there was a little heel slide. However, after a few wears, the settled in nicely. There is a break in period, but otherwise, the shoes are very supportive and comfortable. I did get a little blister on the top of my foot, oddly- but that quickly resolved. I can wear these without socks. Be warned- these fit half size larger than the other jungle mocs.

I’m older and have sever arthritis, due to all the joint issues I have a very hard time getting shoes, I must say I’m very happy with the Merrell Jungle Moc I was not sure about the medium width being to narrow, but it seems fine. Nice shoes.

I bought the shoes to take to Europe. I read the reviews and I think people weren’t heading men’s or women’s sizing. The shoes are true to size and fit like a glove. The arch support is excellent when you put Them on they are snug and supportive. The one thing that you will have to do is walk around for a few days so the elastic on the sides will give so that they will be a little more comfortable. It literally took two days. I loved these shoes so much I bought them in another color.

The box arrived as Men's 6.5 size but..also women's 8. 8 is my size and they are fine. Jungle Mocs are my fav shoe, I must have 6 pr. These are a little snug but new ones usually are a bit snug until they break in. Canvas uppers and light weight soles make them lighter weight than my Jungle Mocs.

The sizing is definitely off but I persevered until I got the right size. I'm normally an 8.5-9 US in women's shoes. The first pair I ordered were labeled 8.5 W and EU 40, which was bigger than I expected. I ended up fitting in the US 7.5 W, EU 39 size. For comparison, I'm a true 8.5 W in the normal brown suede women's jungle moc. I'm looking forward to wearing these at the cut flower farm where I work!
