I loved the material but there are some strange details with the sandal. I ordered a second pair of the sandals thinking the first may have been a defect but upon receiving the second sandal I found it to be the same. The thong is located really far back from the front, so much so that it pushes the heel of of the sandal at the rear and leaves a great deal of excess sandal up front beyond the toes so that it would catch on steps etc.; I found it to be even dangerous. The straps were so undersized that testing the sandal for only five minutes began to cause a rash from the rubbing. It's too bad because the sandal had the potential to be a really comfortable sandal but unfortunately isn't.

Awesome sandals. Lots of padding under the foot — not the usual thin, flat flip flop. It truly feels like I’m stepping onto a thick yoga mat. Comfortable toe post and straps. The grey color goes with everything.

Straps are vinyl, despite being listed as "genuine leather". Very disappointed, not just with the straps but with Zappos advertising them as leather, but everything else about them is fine, so I kept them.

Order a size larger than usual. Otherwise, an excellent sandal.
