I loved this boot in a 7 wide, but had to return it. I first ordered a 7.5 wide in the camel suede and it was too large. I thought a 7 wide would work and since most of my winter wardrobe includes a black garment, I ordered black leather in 7 wide. The black 7 w fit perfectly, looked sharp and would have become a staple for my footwear but the boots have a strong chemical odor. I set them outside under the carport for a few days where they are sheltered from weather and might air out. I thought they might be fresh from the factory and just need to be out of the box. But, each time I bring them inside they smell permeates the room. I will give this process (outside to air, inside to check) another day or two, but if they do not off gas, I'll return them for another customer that might not notice chemical odors. Why don't manufacturers produce more wide women shoes? These wide shoes are truly wide, unlike other brands. Fashionable wide shoes sell out immediately! This should be a clue to manufacturers and vendors alike: make and sell more wide women shoes!

These are comfier than I expected. I wanted something like a chelsea boot but not chunky and these worked out. They're a little dressier than an uggs but still comfortable.

Boots run true to size. I got a 7 instead of my usual 6.5 because I wanted to be able to wear thicker socks! I have worn the boots twice so far and received compliments both times! PS - The shade of brown is a nice neutral - not too dark, not orange-y. I can see myself building lots of outfits around these boots.

Exactly as pictured and what I wanted. Nice looking boot for a good price. It’s slightly narrow across the front so if you’re a wide these will probably be tight.

I like the look of the boots but unfortunately, the toe box is too narrow (even in a Wide) for a comfortable fit on my feet.

I love the look of this bootie, and have tried it in M and W width, but it is tight across the instep. There is no arch support and just is not comfortable, especially for the price.

Horrible! These felt as if they were a completely different size! I put ONE on and actually said out loud, "Oh HELL no!" To add insult to injury, every shoe order I place with Zappos lately comes in a cardboard box, rather than an actual shoe box. They can't be serious with this nonsense. I am getting seriously disillusioned with Zappos, a company that I used to feel confident buying from.

This boot is very comfortable, nice shape and not too tight at the toes. Beautiful suede and gum soles so easy to walk in.

Runs at least one half size too small. Style was too mild for me. I was looking for something clunkier. No real idea if it’s a comfortable shoe because it was too small to tell. Going back.

These shoes are labeled as wide. They are not. I tried two different sizes and they both said wide on the box but not on the boots. Had to send them both back.

The boots are a no-go for me. I ordered the 7.5, and they are way too small. I have a narrow foot, and I could barely get my foot through the opening. Once on, the boots felt very stiff, especially at the heel. I did not care for the style either--they were very long and narrow and out of proportion. Also, I was surprised that they came in a plastic bag and not in a box. That gave me immediate pause as to their quality. I'm returning them without giving them a second thought.

I think they fit true to size and as I feel with other Steve Madden boots/shoes I have, they run narrow, which works for me because I have narrow feet. I first ordered a 7.5, and thought they were too small, returned for an 8. They were definitely too big, so re-ordered the 7.5 again. I have worn them several times now and they are stretching out and fitting good.

I liked these so much I bought the brown! I bought the black one first. I usually wear a 9 and am glad I got the 9.5. They are a bit short though. I just wear thinner socks. They were here quickly and I love them!

This bootie was great! It is stylish, the leather is soft and comfortable. My issue was the length...ordered my usual size and they are too short. Unfortunately, the next size is not available. Disappointing

I first ordered a 7.5 and they were too small. I usually wear a 7 or 7.5. Sent back for an 8 and they fit perfect with a medium weight sock. I have narrow feet and I would say these run narrow, so for me they are perfect. I got the black leather and the quality is great. Most Chelsea boots are not leather and to me they look cheap. These do not look cheap. I have been looking for a boot like this and have tried so many others and almost gave up, but these are a winner. May purchase in another color in the suede.

No arch support. Otherwise a nice boot.

Returned, not even close to being wide.

I ordered this boot twice and each time received the wrong size. I give up. Returning and not trying again.

Wanted to love these boots, but terribly uncomfortable! Like other reviewers said, they were tight in the toe box, stiff, and felt cheap. Sad because the style is beautiful. Already processing the return, which is super easy on Zappos!

Initially I thought the bootie was too tight but after just 1 hour the fit was perfect.

Very happy these are offered in a wide width. I am always struggling to find comfortable boots wide enough for me. These filled the bill, are cute and do not sacrifice on style.

Great boots! Wore them while traveling, and they were very comfortable.
