I thought I would break these in before taking them on vacay, but it wasn’t even necessary. Walked 5 miles in them at a museum and walking around town with zero issue! Just logged on to snag them in a second color before my summer conferences and trade shows.

This shoe was almost perfect. Love the white sole, gives it a cool look. Since you can’t adjust the straps I’m afraid it’ll stretch and won’t fit over time, as it was, for me one foot was already slightly loose since feet aren’t the same size.

These shoes are very comfortable. In true Born fashion, you can put them on and wear them right out of the box. They would be absolutely perfect if they had a bit more substantial arch support. Overall very pleased.

I purchased these sandals to replace an almost identical pair that I wore for about 8 years! They only needed to be replaced because the rubber tread on the bottom was getting smooth and being elderly... I was afraid of falling. Born sandals are the best... my go to brand every year.

These are cute and nicely cushioned. I really wanted them to work but they are very large. I wear between a 8.5 to 9 size and ordered the 8s based on other reviews. They were too large, wide across the ball, and the back elastic was just barely touching so that it moved up and down my heel as I walked. I debated reordering a size 7, but then the footbed would likely be too short. These seem more suitable for a wider-fuller foot (mine is usually average).

I would have loved for these to work out--I liked the look, and the footbed was cushioned and comfy. The length was perfect. But because the elastic bands are not adjustable, I was unable to keep them on my thin, flat feet. They are very roomy and by that I mean too high. Sadly, I had to return them. Good for feet that aren't pancake thin.

Absolutely love the comfort and style of the shoe, BUT the straps are too loose. It's a shame because otherwise they are perfect! The loose straps makes it so the shoe flips up on every step (like a flip flop). These are sadly going back.

Borns are my tried-and-true shoe, before and especially after foot surgery. Borns are super comfortable, and they last for years. (I have some boots I've worn for a decade; still in good shape.) I usually like/need arch support, and this style has little, but they work. (I've got average arches.) The cushion can't be beat. They feel a bit on the large/long side (I'm a true 8, though I'm closer to 7 1/2 than 8 1/2, and the ones I ordered are an 8). But again, they work. The stretchy, fabric criss-cross straps feel secure -- not too tight or loose. The wedges aren't too high and are stable. I broke my 5th metatarsal while wearing wedges and rolling my foot on a crack in a driveway, so I test all wedges, purposely trying to roll my foot (while seated!) to test stability. (No shoe is worth chronic pain.) These pass. They're sporty and fun -- for comfort shoes, especially.

Cute and comfy- but not much style.

I normally wear a 6.5 but since only whole sizes were offered, went for the 6. The arch support did not hit my foot in the right place, it was actually too close to the ball of my foot and uncomfortable to wear. Also not as stylish as I'd like, looks a little "old" fashioned.

Just did not like the foot bed. It felt too soft. Did not have enough support.

Delighted to see this style return this year! I ordered a pair last year and loved them so wanted to get them in a second color. Super comfortable with great cushioning. Fits me well--true to size. Cute on.

Love these !!! They are almost completely sold out. I was lucky to get the navy from Zappos ...Zappos is always my first choice for shoes ... I had to buy the brown from a local retailer. They run a tad short...just a tad. I bought my usual size 7 and they fit great but the appearance would look nicer with a little more sole showing under the toes, I have short toes so these will work fine for me. I'll be watching Zappos to see if the pink go on sale ... I don't need more shoes but I'm sure I can find something to wear the pink sandal with ...

I was so excited to see Jayla return this year--got a pair last year and loved them, so wanted to order in a second color!! They are super comfortable with great cushioning. Love the look of the white soles. Perfect choice for all my summer adventures that involve walking!

Love this shoe. Very comfortable while being stylish. I found the arch support excellent for my feet.

Great! Love them have two in different colors

I had a previous version of this shoe that I've loved and worn out. These have a "bouncier" step, which I don't really prefer, but they are very comfy and not bad looking. I've worn them in hot, humid weather with no blister problems, so that's a huge plus.

So comfortable! I could walk all day in these! Yellow color is great!

Comfortable casual sandals, made the Born style, love them.

ONe shoe felt a bit snug, and the other shoe felt too big! Probably the problem is with my feet. I LOVE these sandals. Very classy. Understated. So sad that they don't work for me : ( !!!!!

These shoes have outstanding cushioning and feel incredibly comfortable while walking!! Also look great on my feet. I wish I had snagged a second pair before all the other colors in my size sold out--hoping this style returns next summer!!!

Fits fine, true to size, very comfortable

I ordered about seven pairs of sandals (all but these and one other listed below were returned) for an upcoming trip to Europe. I wear a 9.5 in most shoes (and have a medium to wide foot with high arches), but I ordered a size 9 based on reviews. The 9 was perfect! Zappos sent the shoes in no time which was very helpful for my upcoming trip. Their customer service was exemplary. I am pleased to report that these shoes were amazingly comfortable with such cushiony padding and solid support for walking on cobblestone streets and up and down multiple steep walkways and stairs. I kept telling my family how glad I was that I had purchased these shoes. The elastic straps stayed in place and were helpful when my feet swelled on hot days. I also love the shade of brown which goes with everything. Easy to dress up or down. I walked over 100 miles in two weeks and these shoes did the trick and still look brand new. They also supported my toe when I injured it while swimming on a rocky beach on the coast of Spain. Thank you, Zappos!
